Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The kiosk wouldn't work, so I had to wait for my reward perks to reset. When I attempted to ask management for assistance, they ignored my request and began to argue with the other staff members. Will not return to this establishment. By far the worse.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget with BBQ sauce and I was given a 6 piece nugget box filled with Big Mac sauce, did not notice this until I got home. Not sure if it was some kids being funny, or a honest mistake.
Usually this McDonald’s exceeds my expectations but I guess the workers at 2 am don’t make fresh fries cause they were very cold (possibly due to weather) but tased a day old but they game me an extra nugget not too impressive but okay.

I just wanted to say that I had the worst customer service tonight. I had only ordered one drink but got rang up for 2. When I got to the pick up window I politely asked if he could just make sure they were both Coke Zero and the man working the window proceeded to slam the window in my face. Threw both the drinks away so aggressively. Opens the window to hand me the large drink and then makes me wait for the medium drink and I said thank you very nicely and then he doesn’t give me straws and then slams the window in my face AGAIN!!!!! I’m soooooo over the terrible customer service at not only this McDonald’s, but every McDonalds within a 20 mile radius!! Freaking do better! I WILL NOT BE BACK
