Went here for my Mother in laws birthday. I had just gotten off work and was hungry. Had a cheese burger and fries... Awesome burger. Sweet bartender. Quiet place with almost a "cheers" comfortable atmosphere.

I went in on Saturday to play a game of pool. No wait staff asked me for my order after staying there for almost an hour and left without drinks. Went in on Christmas, had a good time as was served immediately by a waitress I have never seen before. I don't know her name, but she was nice and even bought her drinks. Everything was good up until I looked to my significant other and I must have looked I'll because he asked me if I was going to puke. Instead of going into the bathroom to puke by myself, my man and I went to the car parked right outside the door so I can also have some fresh air. Not even a minute passed of us outside, with me only in the car in the passenger seat puking, when the waitress runs out and says to him "don't walk out on your tab on Christmas" and then proceeded to say "oh is she sick?". Which first of all she didn't even see us get into the car because there's no windows in the building so she just assumed when we could have went outside for a smoke. Anyway after that four customers came accusing us of walking out on our tab which we of course were still expecting to pay. The four customers, which I assume the waitress sent to come after us, and came up to the car and me puking cussing us out. Then, my man went inside because they had it wrong that we walked out on our tab. The waitress then proceeded to call him an asshole three times and snatch the receipt out of his hand before he could sign for the card. Never did I have any intention to not pay a tab, and the staff were reaching to assume that when they wouldn't even see If I was in the PASSENGER side of the car with my man kneeling on the ground with a bag to help me while I'm throwing up. This place is a ****hole, but the workers are even more ****tier for assuming we were leaving when I have puke all over myself walking out the door. I have learned my lesson to just throw up right at the table. What horrible people that work here.

I'm a big fan of "hole in the wall" establishments. Been frequenting this one for quite a few years now. Trisha is the best bartender ever, the food is delish, and it's always a good time here.

My husband and I stopped in on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The parking lot was mostly full, which is usually a good sign if you're looking for a little ambiance while you imbibe. We walked in the front entrance and immediately noticed the cigarette smoke and ashtrays everywhere. After our eyes adjusted to the darkness of the bar, we realized almost everyone in the bar had lit cigarettes. I can't be around cigarette smoke, so we left before the bartender even had a chance to greet us. Anyway, smoking in Michigan bars has been banned since 2010. What this bar is allowing is illegal and dangerous to those who care about their health. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
