Ordered two Italian subs. They are second best to Gonellas. I was surprised how hardy the bread was and the toppings were fresh. First time ordering from here and will be back on a regular.

TLDR REVIEW (UPDATED! with convo pics of corp email talk) Terrible. staff seem nice, but management or that specific manager (Amanda) on shift doesn't. Fries were great, but I didn't get all of them that I ordered. Lemonade was great, no complaints there. Subs got me and my friend sick for 6 days after eating there .... probably should do something about that cause it most likely was food poisoning (it was food poisoning!! Had to go to the doctor after day 4 because nothing was stay in my system up or down besides water and some oyster crackers)
Do i think i'll get a refund? No. Does it look like I'm right by them lying and saying their system is still down for a refund? Yes. Do i think they will replace my food after this? I dont care, I'm not risking that. They literally didn't mention us being sick the entire time in emails. Will this review stop potential new customers from going in there? Hopefully this will save them and tell them to go somewhere else.
OVERALL REVIEW: Honestly, the person taking my order was nice and polite but the manager Amanda or the store in general definitely had tense atmosphere. You could just feel it in the air. No talking between staff for most of the time I was in there (which, from a food service worker/manager of 7 years, it tells me something's up). 2 people in the lobby, not including me and my friend, so it wasn't that they were focused on a rush (I could be wrong).
Nonetheless, to the food. We got the chicken parm large sub, a turkey bacon ranch large sub, a large and medium fry, and a regular lemonade. I was missing the medium fry (only found out when i got back home) and when my friend put in a review for her experience and how she didn't get her fry, Amanda responded by saying we didn't order a medium fry. So to Amanda or any manager that sees this, please tell me what the total would be if you add all that together, cause my bank has the total of $46.06 and if I didn't order the medium fry it comes out to below $40.
Updated part: Pettiness is a beautiful thing Mr. Stewart, and I will rather lose the money than see someone else get sick. Because coming from a fast food employee, that's just a low move. ✌️

I love penn station but once again Taylor Michigan makes every food company looks bad because at this location my sub was nasty and dry . Taylor Michigan has very nasty food .
Please hire employees that want to work!! Sign on door says cash only system down . When I went in they tell me they can’t even take my cash yet the door is unlocked & you are open???

I want to start off by saying that I love the food. But it’s sad because I absolutely will not be back to this particular location. The fact that I believe Manager Amanda it looks could kill I’d be dead. I wouldn’t been able to enjoy my sub. If you’re that upset about whatever it may be in life, you shouldn’t bring it to work. People are wanting to be greeted. Have a little conversation in between ordering and just keep it very friendly.
When you ask somebody, hey how you doing? It would be nice to get a response back. She was very rude and walked around like something was wrong. The whole time and the morale in there looking at other employees. It seemed very low probably due to her.
So I would hope in the future that somebody from upper management would come in there and observe how Amanda likes to conduct their business and represent Penn Station.

Went here because someone recommended. Not crazy about the Ruben sandwich, more specifically the cornbeef. The grilled Italian smelled delish but had a strange tangy and unpleasant after taste. There workers were friendly and service was reliable

Who ever the lady in the red shirt is needs an attitude adjustment. I come here way too much and spend too much money to get attitude especially when I am not giving one.
