Have been going to this location for several years. Food has never disappointed. Staff is usually very friendly. Though, the young man behind the counter last night wasn’t very friendly, he cashed me out and proceeded to grab bacon for the next order with the same gloves. I requested he change his gloves, he was agitated. Wasn’t wearing a name tag.
I decided to stop in here in my lunch break from work to get some food, but walk in and it seems fine, no customers but generally chill. Haven’t been to a penn station in awhile so it took me a minute to figure out what I wanted but the younger dude manning the counter to take my order seemed to be decently high, having to ask questions over and over that I had already stated twice and still got my order wrong. The younger lady perfectly fine and a great help but the guy needs...
I love this place but I have to finally review them and take off 2 stars for the Fries. Al though they are fresh cut they always disappoint me with the scraps. As you can see I bought a large end it consisted of 90% short crumbs and that’s bothersome. Change the frie cutter or something, I keep ordering a large hoping I will get long fries but no, I get short crumbs for fries..😡
