I have gone to this place multiple times as I love their frozen yogurt however, I was extremely disappointed today. We got in line at 13 minutes to 8pm (closing time). We drove all the way here purpusefully for the frozen yogurt, but we were told that they were closed. Upon arrival, they were serving another customer for the same product. When asked about their closing time, we were told they close at 10 to 8. They said they had already shut down the machines, but that's now possible as they literally just served frozen yogurt to the customer that was in front of us.

Denice was very rude. I requested a simple order; the same order I always order. Denice made it very difficult to order. She didn’t listen to my request for fruit, then she overcharged me(compared to my previous charges) and the menu price.

Employees are never there and if they are there they’re talking and not helping anyone. They need some management.

Inside Taylor Mall close to forever 21 entrance. Friendly staff and good customer service. Good frozen yogurt with a good variety of flavors and toppings. They also have smoothies. I usually don't like the original frozen yogurt flavor, but PinkBerry's original is really good.
