Best pretzel place around period! The food and service are great, especially the blonde young lady at the register is always helpful and friendly. This Zach guy that reviewed below me must think he doesn’t have to wait like everyone else and the girls that work here aren’t rude at all always very helpful!

The worst pretzel I’ve ever had. Mine tasted like it had been out for hours and my boyfriend’s was dripping with butter after they added salt to a plain pretzel. Would not try again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady at the counter was rude. I had asked for mini dogs which had been displayed on the menu on the side of her kiosk and she rudely told me not even to look at that menu as it was old and no longer correct. Then why not take it down so as not to confuse customers. Her tone was snippy. I then asked for an ON-menu item which she then loudly proclaimed she did not have that either. I settled for just regular pretzel bites and chedder cheese dip. She threw it on the counter after I paid the 8.99 It wasnt even worth. Because when I say it was tasteless.... I mean it was just PURE garbage that more than likely she had taken out of that garbage bag full of them. The only thing that you could taste was the salt. The cheese was cold and gross. This woman needs to be put out of business.
The conversation went like this.“I’ll have a wrapped hotdog and a Diet Pepsi”Response: I don’t have any hot dogs“That’s ok. I’ll have a pretzel and a diet Pepsi”Response: I don’t have any pretzels.Seriously? Seriously?

The lemonade sit out all night it is very nasty there food is very nasty I think it is unhealthy for people to be eating we don’t know if it’s old or not that place need to be shut down they are getting worst.

Terrible customer service. I was 2nd in line after the first customer had already paid. She spent a few minutes making casual conversation after that transaction was over. Then she started doing some stuff behind the counter while I was waiting. She did not acknowledge me at all and I left after standing there for a few minutes. Do not recommend
