Tried giving this location my business. 2 customers inside at a table and 2 people behind the counter. The woman was wiping the counter and didn't acknowledge that I was even there. The guy was on the phone with his wife or GF having sure she had put washer fluid in the car. Seriously??? Sat there for 5 minutes and walked away. The guy tried getting my attention as I walked out. "Can I help you sir Can I help you?" 7pm... Maybe they didn't feel like working. I certainly didn't feel like waiting. Avoid this location like the plague.

Came for the buy one get one free Bogo sale. employee was clearly not pleased to be working on such a busy day, was scooping up chicken with no conviction you could tell she was just not feeling the job. I nicely ask the next employee if I could get a little bit more and she tells me that I have to pay for a double scoop so I say never mind. Just got home and my quesadilla is 75% tortilla. I am so upset that I just spent any amount of money on this. An entire pack of chicken cost half of what one quesadilla cost so the fact that you guys are that stingy that you can’t even put an appropriate amount to make the food edible tells me that I need to take my business else where

Had a great experience today, shout out to Adam for being super helpful carrying over the food with me so that the kids and I could enjoy our meal. I have been coming here for years and see this restaurants ups and downs and I can say it definitely looks so much better.
Valentine’s Day decor was spot on and the staff was so friendly to my family. Great job guys. Fill out the survey they have, they deserve it for sure.

First time here. I have never seen a staff work together so well. I was welcomed as soon as I opened the door. They gave me suggestions on what to eat. Great atmosphere. Everyone has a positive attitude. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend it here.

That atmosphere is terrible.. the vibes are bad. The employees are absolutely miserable. That’s insane to show no care at all while serving customers.

I'm only giving 2 stars because usually they're pretty good, but today was the last straw. I can't always expect the food to always be perfect but today was terrible. I got both rices and they were both undercooked. Crunchy! The chicken Cholula was burnt. I mean a lot not just grilled. The rice, beans and meat are basically the whole meal. We went to sit down and every table was dirty. It wasn't even busy inside. Im just tired of going out and it's really terrible. Most people that were working were way too high to barely serve us. I hope this place doesn't fall into a bad habit of making this the norm because I won't be coming back for a while. I only get brown rice because it takes so long to cook, but all the rice was crunchy.
