WOW!!!! I am an Executive Assistant from a different area of Michigan who placed a large order for a team lunch. We realized we needed drinks and desserts the day of the event and called with the urgent order. Not only did they accommodate us, BOTH managers (Miguel and Brittany) went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our order was taken care of quickly and efficiently, AND they were extremely kind and positive throughout the interactions we had.

Don't know what happened at this location as I used to be my go to. But now they SUCK!!!!! I have never had a problem with there portions but now they skimp on everything. Went in to get a bowl they put the smallest scoop of meat in and then offer to charge me more for double protein. Told them no thank you and that I no longer wanted the bowl and left. I won't be back

I stopped in on 11/7 for lunch after a long drive and all 3 of the ladies working took care of me. I didn't get any of their names but they were all super sweet and the service was top notch. I ordered the hot honey chalua (sp) bowl and they were patient as I was on the phone with someone - getting their last minute order. The restaurant was very clean. I would definitely go back to this location!

Tara was simply amazing. From the first moment I stepped in the door she greeted me, read me back my order, asked if I wanted to add chips & guac. Her interaction made me feel very welcoming. I had trouble loading my rewards so she looked me up by number. Highly recommended this location and special shoutout again to Tara.!
Visited this location Saturday 11/1 at 12:14 pm. No fresh vegetables, no pico, layer of dust on customer view through glass. Barely any chicken. All the sauces were out. The whole store was dirty. Worker said he didn’t have time to make pico because there wasn’t enough help. Charged full price and half the toppings weren’t available. Aweful experience! Worker went on to say they were behind from the day before. Stay late or come in early to get caught up. This location needs new ownership and new management.
