I just learned about this place last night coming back from a bike ride in Toledo. Our buddy Paul had stopped earlier in the day and gave me and my friend Chuck a pepperoni roll to eat on the way back to Detroit. It was the best damn pepperoni roll I’ve ever had in my life, so after I took care of some early morning stuff I headed right on over with my dog Ajax and we bought nine of these things to share with the family. But what surprised me even more was all of the baked goodies, how incredibly clean it was, how magnificent it smelled along with the funny kindness of the ladies behind the counter. I don’t care where you live take to drive it’s worth it.

This is a neighborhood hidden gem. They have the best most tasty donuts and cakes. You have to go early because they run out of everything fast because they are so good.

Pleasantly surprised how delicious the baked goods taste. Highly recommend if you are looking for fresh natural ingredients in baked goods. Portion size for most of the goods are enough to feed two. Prices are comparable to local grocery store baked goods. The bakery can get busy so be patient if you have to wait for the staff to take your order. No complaints from me about this establishment. When I take my first bite I am pleased to the point there is always a smile on my face. Stop in and have yourself a baked good. I really enjoy helping small businesses thrive by giving them a well deserved 5 star rating.

Imagine going into this place that makes so many different kinds of cool donuts to be rushed and treated like an idiot because you don’t know what one is called at 6am when nobody else is there. Steer clear of this joint the rude helpless chick in here is the sour spot of this establishment. Go elsewhere!

Walked in and immediately it smelled amazing inside. I bought an Italian loaf and red velvet cupcakes. Very good food, cashier was super friendly. Looking forward to trying the doughnuts next time.

They don't have many of these neighborhood bakeries left like Roberto's. Angel Wings?got em, cannoli? - to die for, they have whole strudels and almond rings for just $12, The homemade donuts are really, really good, ( hint the special honey donuts sell out first every morning). The counter woman was So Nice, and watching the neighbors come in to buy is nice too . Only thing that would make it perfect would be an outside table, some really good coffee like a cappuccino but that would be gentrification and Roberto's is fine just the way it is!

I absolutely love Roberto’s Bakery. They made my sons 1st birthday cake as well as my sisters 21st birthday cake . They both came out perfect. They are also very reasonably priced . I recommend them to everyone!!! I used to work right next door to them and would always stop in and grab something for lunch . Their pepperoni rolls are chefs kiss . Definitely worth trying out for all your bakery needs!
