Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere -inside and out. Both the staff and the owner were so welcoming. Absolutely the best place to go whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just going out for brunch!

We made a reservation for my birthday and unfortunately it just wasn't good. The atmosphere doesn't scream Italian honestly. We ordered the charcuterie board as an app and the cheese looked like some kind of kroger brand and there weren't any grapes. The other apps were okay.
Then we ordered entres and they weren't cooked very well. My mama ordered the magirita pizza with jalapeño. The color of the bread was white and there weren't any jalapeño. When we told the waitress, the cook just threw jalapeño on it and recooked it.
Next, me and my dad got the steak. We both ordered medium rare and when we got it, it was more like medium well to well done. But it also had no color, no flavor and it was chewy and a super thin steak. My brother got Marsala with pasta and it was bland too.
We told the waitress and she was very attentive and very good to us. She did everything she could to make things right. I forgot her name but she was the young blonde girl and she was very nice. However, i would've expected a manager to see us but they didn't.

This is the worst restaurant I have been in for years. I was there on Saturday with 13 other friends to have a meeting and lunch at 1:00pm. There were about 8 people at different tables. We could only order off a brunch menu (we went for Italian) the classic burger had no taste the bun I could not cut not sure what it was made of. A friend wanted t beer they didn’t have, potatoes cold, a breakfast pizza that was ordered could be made because they didn’t have an ingredient no waffles because they didn’t have any batter. it took for ever to get food some people were finished when others were waiting. The other waitress could have helped with the table I blame the kitchen for the poor food and delivery time. I felt bad that I brought people to this place. Tried to get a central place for Ohio and Northern Michigan people coming together😡😩
I had the chicken Marsala, they drowned it in wine. The service was awful, she was kind but she sat in the corner drinking out of her Stanly, playing on her phone, while we waited on refills, and eventually our bill. The owner kept starring at our table whilst talking to what looked to be customers, kind of ruined our mood. Felt unwelcoming. I dropped my spoon, looked around apologized, and the owner hurriedly came over asking rudely "IS EVERYTHING OKAY?". My cousin wanted a 3rd refill on his coke, (mind you these glasses are small and are filled with 75% ice) and I was told i would be a charged again. Then he found a piece of plastic in his burger (looked to be from a glove or wrapper) I immediately brought it to the attention of a waitress and she got the owner. The owner tells me it's a piece of onion. I was floored. We leave and the owner comes out yelling to me to sign for the receipt, l oblige and she starts demanding I give the waitress a larger tip (I gave her 2$ for the subpar service). I told her "times are tough" and she replied with "you're disgusting, do you have a job?" she says this while I'm standing in front of my Cadillac, and she yelled "you need to grow up!" Absolutely appalling

Our server Gabriella went above & beyond for us. She made our night out a fantastic dining experience!
