Oh my goodness!!! Had the most amazing banana pecan pancakes today.. Every time I go there it just gets better and better.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is amazing!! New owners since last year have done a fantastic job cleaning up the place since taking over!! Food is so delicious and service is spot on.. We go there often and we feel more welcomed every single time!! Owners name is Stephen and he’s such a pleasant person who we enjoy seeing on Saturday mornings as he’s cooking and greeting people!! I highly recommend Senate Coney Island in Taylor Mi!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t know how they call themselves Senate, they are nothing like the ones in Dearborn and Livonia. Food was terrible. It’s a shame they just got new owners and are this bad .

If you sit alone the waitresses ignore you. I waited for a very long time just to get an orange juice which I had to ask the waitress to bring me I waited an hour and she never came back. I told her that I was a diabetic I finally got angry and left. My sugar dropped to 56 sitting there. Here’s a tip if a diabetic asks you for orange juice she then needs to eat I will never eat here again. By the way I tip well your loss

Just the average coney island, which to me is good. I’d go back…I did think the prices were steep, it that’s everywhere these days. Staff was nice, place seemed clean.

I was just at Senate Coney Island for the first time in a long time and it was exactly what I needed. The coney was solid. The chili cheese fries were great. I really like the shredded cheese they use instead of the liquid canned cheese. But to each their own. And I got a Togo breakfast sandwich for my roommate and they really enjoyed it too. And the service was exceptional. Will definitely visit again when breakfast or coney is what I’m craving.

I was on my way to Charlie’s Coney Island in LINKIN PARK and decided to stop at Sennet Coney Island on Ecorse in Taylor, Michigan. It was a big mistake. The food was not good. The potato portion of my breakfast Was what I would serve to a toddler. The eggs and the potatoes look and taste like they were cooked
On a dirty grill. There was only three tables in the whole place and it still took 15 minutes for me to get my breakfast. The weight staff is very friendly and provided good service but the food quality, quantity and length of time before you get your food needs a serious overhaul.

Senate is the only place I recognize as having the best Coney Island. I've come from several states over for decades and will never miss it! Always delicious and ready in minutes!

Eat elsewhere! Under staffed and cooks are as slow as molasses going up a hill.

Took a while to be greeted. Fish fell apart. Couldn't even eat it. Cheese fries were thumbs down.

This place is always clean, a friendly staff and delicious food! Highly recommend it! Prices are also fair, So it's always a good place to take family or friends that live here or that live out of state. Always a good experience every time I've been there.

Been coming back to this place over the last couple months. I keep coming back, you outta them out. Cooking with passion I do believe.
