Either hire more ppl or work harder and FASTER! (Stop coming to work high) to make that outrageous line go faster. It’s Saturday afternoon…. The line shouldn’t be almost out on the street.

Worst customer service and the manager allows her employees to act out in such manner. They are rude do not talk do not make eye contact act likeThey hate their job, and don’t let them make your coffee the way YOU want it because they know how to make it. And the guy there in the morning times acts as if he is bothered every time in drive thru. And THEY ARE NEVER OPEN ONLY DRIVE THRU ONLY. THE WORST STARBUCKS

This Starbucks definitely has some issues, sometimes the front door is locked but the drive through is open, sometimes they are randomly closed with no explanation, sometimes the lobby is open but they are unwilling to take your order so you have to make a mobile order, seems pretty disorganized and unprofessional. Definitely go to a different Starbucks if possible.

Probably my worst Starbucks experience ever, the barista who took my order in the drive-thru sounded like they couldn’t be bothered. Then, when I got my Caramel Macchiato - there was BARELY any caramel in it. I’m glad I was just passing through the area, so I’ll never have to go back.

I had a mobile order around 5:40-5:50pm it was a little busy so it’s understandable for the wait. The baristas went above and beyond! The upgraded my drink to a trenti size and gave me a $4 gift card for the wait. Appreciate the kindness! Although I thought that I didn’t have to wait that long with how busy it was. :)

The young people running this place are not service oriented...they wanted you to load the APP and take the order from there.We walked out as she didn't want to give us a refill discount in our Starbucks sip cups.

If I could, this Starbucks would not receive any stars. They are closed at times when they should be open. Today was the worst customer service at the drive through. The person with the pink dye in her hair and tattoos going up her arm was horrible. She should be making the drinks instead of serving guest with her negative disposition. I highly encourage training for her. Stay clear.

Been getting my Bogo Offer the past week through drive through or in person, at ann arbor, Ypsilanti, ford road, canton, I live in taylor so i decide to go to his location and get my coffee, i mention the BOGO OFFER and she said i had it to mention before ordering, so i said cancel the order and then scan my code; she GETS MAD AND LEAVE THE COUNTER TO CLEAN A TABLE, when she back, she scan my phone and she said my bogo IS NOT AVAILABLE, i insist is an offer i been getting with no problem and is over on 03/03/24 TODAY IS 03/02/24. SHE SAID SHES THE MANAGER AND SHE SEE NO OFFER AVAILABLE AT HER STORE, SHE PREFER TO CANCEL MY ORDER INSTEAF OF VALID MY BOGO OFFER JUST FOR ME. NEVER COMING BACK TO HIS HORRIBLE PLACE WITH SUCH AN ENTITLED MANAGER.

My order has been wrong the two times I’ve ordered here ? the ingredients are on the label so not sure how you can ignore it. It’s wayy too noisy to work or study. Prices are high and rewards are slow to build. The Dunkin near by is cheaper and building rewards is easier. Two stars only because they’re nice.
