Food is always great. Sometimes they're skimpy on their toppings. Service isn't always the best though is fast food so they work quick. I don't know what to expect. It's different every time I go here. The atmosphere is a little lousy. I wouldn't recommend eating.

Alright so im 20 years old and i never leave reviews about fast food places because ive worked in them and ive also worked at tacobell before and i wanna start by saying the manager i spoke to on January 25th at 7:45pm had a horrible attitude when speaking to me on the phone and the reason i called is because me and my gf placed an order on uber eats for the second time because someone took out order the first time and i told him “could you please like keep my order behind the counter so its not mistakenly taken by someone else” and he said “its not our policy, our policy is to leave it up front once its done” and i said so you cant do that for me and he said no and i hung up. I just feel that if you know a customer had an issue the first time around why not try and take an extra step and overplay your role to try and prevent that the second time around i just dont understand it because i thought the customer is always right and all im trying to do is ensure that i get my food tonight. We’re new parents and dont have money to be thrown out of the window all because theres no care when it comes to the protection of delivery orders

Went through the drive through, the guy taking my order was very nice! My food got done pretty quick. They stuffed all my tacos as well, was very good!!

Used to be my favorite it's sad when a corporation takes everything from the menu just to bring it back at 2 to 3:00 to the price and half the product
Will not be stopping here again. Was visiting a friend in the hospital, and decided to stop here on my way home. First of al,l The only other people in the building besides myself, my husband and the employees were the four very sketchy looking people in the lobby, who were not eating, just loitering. There were five employees standing behind the counter, doing nothing, because there was no one in the Drive-Thru and only my husband and I ordering food. However, we were told we had to use the kiosk even if we were paying cash. So we did. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla with extra cheese and light jalapeno ranch sauce and this is what I got. It's not even cut correctly. There is next to no cheese and all the sauce in the world . We were going to eat in the restaurant however I did not feel comfortable. The entire experience was poor. Love me some Taco Bell but will not be going back to this one.

Hospital patients walking around in restaurant. 6 ppl working w nobody there to buy food but us. The kiosk was dirty and slow. Then none of the food was made correctly. We originally wanted to dine in but wasn't safe

Food is usually always great or decent, customer service is usually always great. Only thing I don't really like is how the older middle age white woman with glasses practically shoves the food in my face instead of handing it over like a normal person (She always does this not a one off thing). 2/1/25 around 1040pm

Do not order delivery from this location! I have ordered 3 times in the past 5-ish months and every order was missing items or items were made incorrectly. Delivery company is not at fault because the bags were delivered sealed each time. I generally have not have issues with the food itself, until today. Rice was hard and the beans tasted funny, like they were old. I threw out almost an entire burrito.
If you call the store, their solution is to either have you drive up there to get the missing/corrected items (why bother with delivery, then?), or they upload a small coupon to your TB account (hardly enough to cover 1 value menu item).

Had a last minute large order for a company event during the lunch rush. Ponja and her team were incredible! They were communicative, fast, extremely friendly and helpful. I witnessed them display good customer service for walk ins and drive thru as well during my wait. Rockstar team! 5/5

The automatic speaker. No, no, no. It cannot get your order right, when you try to fix it it just continues to add items. I will never come back.

I just went through the drive-through with my daughters getting some dinner real quick and they have the automatic speaker that takes your order and the automated speaker added some items that I did not even ask for and the gentleman hop on and it’s so rude there’s no reason to be that rude and I get to the window and the pregnant lady has my beverage in one hand and isn’t even letting me say anything she’s like Apple Pay all rude I am a general manager myself and this is not the way that you treat your customers you definitely need to get some training up in there because that’s not how it works I drove off without my order and I will take my business elsewhere if me being a customer is inconveniencing you that much
