This place is so slow. I only go to this one because the one on telegraph by my house ( which is way better and actually can get your order and get it out quickly ) is closed right now due to cement work getting done.
It takes over 20 mins to get your order and when I was in ther tonight there were people waiting longer than me. I could have went and got my truck washed and still coulda came back for my food. Drive thru line gets ridiculous long also blocks people parked in spots. Employees seem like they run around with there heads cut off. Plus to pop machines in dining area suck and need updating.

They're open earlier than most of the other locations in the area, and they've never gotten my order wrong. If I order before I get there, my order is always ready to grab and go. Almost wish they'd make it a little slower so I can thank the staff for doing such a good job, but I'll just do it here. Thank you.

Also an issue i dont understand why your workers here hate making Cheesy Gordita Crunches its gotten to the point I pay for the extra lettuce an 3 chesse so its made right not that I want the extra but I find its made normal that way and they still mess up its what ever tho but tonight I asked to talk to the manger just to make them aware cuz its so often an this was crazy tho not even melted at all an the Manger refused to come to the window an look at the taco or speak to me I got no apology nothing. Very unprofessional your mangers need to do better.
This is now the second time in a row I have ordered a taco supreme and not gotten tomatoes as advertised. This is frustrating as I am paying extra for this and not getting it. Don’t charge me for a taco supreme if you’re not going to give me what I’m paying for.

came to this location on sept 26 around 1145pm after having the worst fast food experience of all time at the fairlane location. the employees here were attentive, concise, MUCH more polite and friendly. the food was all accurate and nice and hot. thank you for the positive experience!! we came from canada for a concert and we will remember this location for next time

Whoever made my breakfast crunch wrap Friday morning Sept 26 round 10:07am this thang slap! Nice n hot, packed and folded neat I had to leave a review 😂 I got off at 7am this the first thing I ate ! 🔥

Unlike the Taco Bell location closer to our house, this store has been consistently accurate and we have never been missing an item from an order. I feel like it's absolutely worth the extra drive in order to know that I won't have to go back or unpack my entire order in the car before leaving the property. Great customer service and food too!
