The only good thing about Taco Bell is the lobby it's clean and decorated nicely, but now that they have the kiosk so you can order your own food the employees don't want to talk to you at all they offer no assistance if you go stand at the counter for help they argue to decide who will help you even if you order but want to pay cash no one wants to take your money then when you do it takes for ever to get it the food cost way to much to be so nasty it's a shame it takes forever to get your food then it's not good, I would recommend if you want Mexican fast food go to Dell Taco is priced good it tastes good the service is excellent, other wise Taco bell is so expensive there was 4 of us we paid 80$ you might as well head to Mexican Town and go to a real Mexican restaurant.
10/03/2024 I ordered the loaded nachos. When I got home 5 minutes away, i noticed there were NO whole chips in the nachos. Like the bottom of the bag was poured under the toppings. I had to eat this with a fork. I have pictures.

This place constantly messes up my families orders. Tired of giving this place second chances and wasting money for missing food.

I have frequented this Taco Bell location for the last couple years because it is close to my workplace. This is by far one of the best Taco Bell locations in the area. I’d also like to thank whoever made my tacos on 7/22/24 because they are literally the best tacos I’ve ever gotten from you guys. 10/10.

Went here one time to pick up my mobile order and they tried scamming me out of $50 worth of food saying they never got that even when I had the receipt on my phone. I should have never went back after that. The next time I went I decided to go inside instead. HORRIBLE service and the restaurant is so dirty. The workers making the food complained about how they hate their jobs and Taco Bell right in front of costumers. Not to mention the older blonde lady that is so rude and miserable looking. She had the door propped open vaping while she was taking an order. Food is so over priced nowadays. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell at all just make the drive to go to one on telegraph.
Super easy to order from kiosk! Staff was friendly and aware of customer needs. The store was SUPER busy, line around the building. My order came out pretty quickly and everything I ordered was in the bag. Made a special request from the staff and they were able to accommodate the need. Appreciate hardworking and polite staff.
