Absolutely awful experience. The workers were arguing, using their gloveless hands to reach into buckets and putting ingredients on, stuff on the floor.. the food took so long that the car auto shutoff while waiting! We had to ask for a refund! And they were upset about it when they hadn’t even started our food yet!they said it’s taking so long Because the printer was out but didn’t say that or give any solution. Just argued about it while we all stood around. Ended up being grateful seeing as they weren’t using gloves

If I could give a 0 for service I would. The manager lady was extremely rude! I waited over 30 minutes, she gave me the wrong food and kept snapping at me for asking questions. I have patience but she was straight up rude. Will not be going back to this location. I saw 4 cars in drive thru get their food while I waited 30+ minutes for a mobile order!

I had a terrible drive through experience this morning. I initially was greeted with a pleasant and professional cashier. However when he asked for clarification regarding my order, someone else took over his mic and became extremely rude by being short and talking over me. She asked a question but cut me off before I could answer. I asked twice for her NOT to cut me off. I'm not sure if it was the manager or a trainer. But to replace courteous and professional service with disrespectful service is unacceptable. I cancelled my order and drove to a Taco Bell with better service.

What a debacle!!!!! Food was made wrong! Received beef instead of chicken (allergies)! Had to go back for a refund where they actually charged me again then gave me a single refund so they took my money anyway! If you have any interest in getting your order correct avoid this place! Have to start a dispute with my bank now!

This is the Natco Bell Grande Igor at the drive thru. Now that I’m back at work I can’t return it. I always thought there is suppose to be cheese on it. And they want $20 an hour to work. How hard is it to get an order right.
