Ordered lunch for pick-up and am HUGELY disappointed. The tostada and bean burrito I ordered with EXTRA sauce and upcharged for it are bone dry so thick it's like eating paste in a shell. There was no sauce packets in the bag that were clearly on the order. Total waste of money seeing I can't choke it down. Will not visit this location again.

For a brand new open facility this place was absolutely horrible… I had just got off of work and I was in a rush to get my daughter something to eat before I had to bring her to cheer practice… go there and order there’s two people in front of me that said they were waiting for 30 minutes. The person behind me got their food before me. all while I was waiting, people were coming in and out from the drive-through saying their order was messed up. I am not kidding you when I tell you about 15 people. I finally go up there to ask about my food. I get up there. They’re asking me what I ordered again. I did not keep my receipt…I finally got the Food, I go out to the car. My daughter starts eating her crunch wrap and finds a long red hair in it. How disgusting ? and then I go to bring it back in and then there is this tall man tacobell employee standing by the door the door was locked…like he didn’t want me to come in. I’m like what the heck.. Blocking me from coming in as he open the door I said can I come in please? He finally stepped aside. I go up to the front counter to ask for a refund for the second time because the first time when I was waiting, I asked for a refund but anyways, I got the refund. The One guy was pretty rude about it. Asking him exactly what I ordered in A rude way I have the rest of it is in the bag, sir and then he says I need your card in a rude way… Finally get my refund now my daughter is not eating before practice and I’m exhausted. I’ve been up since 4:30 AM and I just wasted a whole hour of my day…. We will not be back there. I would only give zero STARZ but it made me give one in order to write this review…good look if you go there and get your food ordered without a problem and without crap in it. I would post a photo, but I already gave it back because I just wanted to get rid of it. My daughter was about to puke.

This is the second time over been to this location and EACH TIME they’ve forgotten something off my order. The food is UNAPPEALING to the eyes. The workers act like their mistakes are YOUR fault and that’s not the case. 1/10 DO NOT

I did a pick up order and almost the whole thing was wrong. My hard shell taco was completely shattered. The whole thing. Not one thing I mortified was done. What I asked to be taken out was not. They gave me a completely different burrito than I asked for. I’m not one to complain. I do not like to bite the hand that feeds me but when 6 out of 8 things are incorrect…. That is not okay.

My kid works at taco bell she's 17 doing good with life so taco bell is teaching my baby to become the women she already is I love that girl and they have the grilled cheese Burritos steak or chicken they're both Good and I wouldn't know about him if my daughter didn't tell me about

First off 1 star just because it a brand new build. Only a couple workers and you can tell by the service and the sloppy food they throw together. Yet almost 25 miles from Detroit but, you need to be buzzed to unlock the bathroom. Then the sink is broke and they are either out of soap or paper towel. It will be just as disgusting as the Burger King down the street in less than a year. Definitely not going here ever again and I advise you too.
