Been coming here for years until today this is my last time. My daughter always order the same milk shake this time the milk shake didn't taste as it normally does. I explained to the two girls that my daughter didn't like the taste of it could she get something else they told me I would have to buy it I explained that it didn't taste like it normally does. The cashier said I can't take it back you have to purchase another one. Very big on supporting my community I will Never support this business again. Very nasty attitudes. Very childish response from a business that's supposed to provide great customer service. We was in the drivethru and yes I did order two one was for my daughter and one was for my husband that was at home. My husband and daughter order this shake from you guys all the time. He didn't drink his either he said that it didn't taste like it normally does. Never thought that I would get this type of response from a place that I have been coming to for years over a shake that only cost a few dollars. It's nothing even for you to watch on the security footage because when you gave us the ice cream we pulled it off then I turned around and came back and brought the shake back. you said we can't return anything stop lying. Very disappointed in your business and the response that you gave. Very immature customer service. I didn't even ask for you to replace both of the shakes I just asked could you remake the one that she had or could she get something else.Very disappointed.

My name is Julie and first I want to say thank you to EVAN!! I bought 2 sundae cups full of waffle chips at the window but when I got to my car I noticed that they weren't as full as the one I bought a few days ago so I got in the drive thru line and was approached by EVAN. He was so polite, and understanding and offered to fix the situation without hesitation. He was truly AWESOME! THANK YOU EVAN!! I'll be a returning customer as well as my friends and family will BECAUSE OF YOU!!!

Ice cream was good. I felt bad for the employee as she was the only one there. She was waiting on the people at the window and waiting on the customers for the drive thru. She was friendly and very helpful. This is the time of year when you need more than one employee working at a place of business like this.

Taylor Queen (colloquially referred to by my kids as the "Red Barn") is a no-frills, easy-in, easy-out, quick stop ice cream shop. The workers are always friendly, they provide "pup cups" for 4-legged friends, and their desserts are pretty solid. They have the usual blizzard-like blended treats, sundaes, parfaits, but also some newer flair like ice cream nachos. Pricing is not all listed out on their menu, though, so if you're on a budget, definitely make sure to ask for pricing on what you're interested in ordering beforehand. Parking is also pretty limited when they're busy, but people usually clear out pretty quickly. There is also a drive-thru for fast service and picnic benches if you plan on sticking around and eating there.
