There are a ton of mexican restaurants in the downriver area and i have tried most of them. Nothing beats taco stand. The service is always top notch, the food is always top notch, and the prices are more than fair. I can not tell you how many times my family has ordered food from here and its always fantastic and not one time has our order been wrong. Try the pastor quesadillas!! They are special!!

I live in the Irish Hills. I stopped by the taco stand for the first time. The food was delicious. I ordered a quesadilla, taco and burrito. Loved them. The store was busy, I thought I would have to wait awhile. I did not the girls were quick and friendly. Wish there was one in the Irish hills. I would go all the time. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONE!!! PLACE IS ALWAYS DEAD, & GOT 2 PEOPLE WORKING UP FRONT, BUT HAVE THE AUDACITY TO MAKE ME WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES EVERYTIME I CALL THEM. El Camino will never me wait for 20min.

This place should be ashamed! First and foremost the steak on my quesadilla appeared and tasted as if it were fried 3 times or more. Dried out jerky with zero flavor. So disappointing! The location on Fort st was just as bad. The Allen Park location used to be pretty decent but I haven't been in a while so who knows. This place was pretty dirty and unorganized. The staff was not friendly and not welcoming. The girl at the front was just on her phone and did not greet us, I had to speak to her to ask for my order. If she has enough time to scroll through her phone that time would be better suited for cleaning up the place. I honestly couldn't get past the terrible quality of the meat or old warmed up jerky is really what it was. Ridiculously sad. Ashamed to call this "Mexican Food"
P.s. I think they use mozzarella on the quesadilla which is also tragic. Penny pinchers on top of everything else.

Very good tacos. Great sauces. Very authentic Mexican for Taylor. Not horrible on price, way better than Taco Bell!

Parking: Small parking lot. Somewhat difficult to navigate when it’s busy. Not bad overall though.
