To each his own! This is by far one of the best Wing Stops in the area. I love this location not because of the great wings and fries but how they correct themselves when they've erred. Which just so happens to be a few times.

I was in the lobby at 11:50 -12:05 on 6/23 and a door dasher was smoking his marijuana vape pipe inside Wingstop staff staff did not say a thing and did not try stopping him this was very saddening. This place has made it on my trash list definitely I will not buy from them ever again

Oh god ... stay away!!!! Ordered extra well done and they were slimy! Told the d*** lady 3 times.. also asked if they had spicy garlic sauce , they're response was yeah.. I asked just to make sure.. "is it a rub or sauce.. she went to ask (I'm guessing the cook) , came back and said sauce" . NOPE! Rub and all their sauces taste the same with absolutely no heat! Go to Buffalo Wild Wings . They get it right every time . If you want disgusting slimy almost raw fat plump wings that have no spice and taste like sweet baby rays BBQ sauce then go to wing stop on telegraph! Also tried calling to bring the wings back and avoid writing this review but no answer 3 times .....

Unfortunately I can not recommend frequenting this location. The food was good however, it took them way to long to not only take my order but also get my order out to me. Me and my friend decided to get some wings and fries we arrived to place our order and to be fair it was pretty busy and they only had two people working at the time. So we waited for about 15 minutes and they took my friend's order. However, when I stepped up to place my order the gentleman who took her order walked away. So I waited, and before long two more workers arrived to start there shift and then a third right after them. So I said awesome maybe one of them would be able to take my order but they just went to work in the back with everyone else. At this point my friend has received her food and I continued waiting for 20 more minutes before some one realized that I was there and actually heard me request service. Normally I would have walked out after waiting for 45 minutes however, my friend bought and paid for her food at this point and I was not gonna have her eat alone. So I finally got my order in and it took them almost 35 minutes to get my food out even though they got food out to two people who just placed an order after me. So needless to say I was fairly frustrated and just took my order and left. I doubt I will be back I have heard good things about some of there competitors that has peeked my interest. Overall the food was good but the service was not which is why I give them 2 out of 5 stars.

1 star for the customer service. Was patiently waiting and a group of people came in awhile after us and she addressed everyone but us and when my mom said we were waiting first she screamed at my mom and asked for her name and when my mom told her she yelled it wasn't ready yet without even checking and the bags where behind her the whole time. Then threw the bags at my mom. She acted so rude instead of just apologizing and checking for our order. I will not be going back there was no reason to treat customer like that. Wing stop is always good, I love their fries and chicken( bone in) is great... it's just a bit pricey I think, but worth it in my opinion

Super expensive and not very helpful when THEY don't pack the order properly for door dash to deliver for them. Expects the customer to drive to store to pick up food when delivery was chosen. Then it's another 7-10 days to get a refund!!! Never again *Update - only took 1 business day for refund. Also, I only expected a refund for the food that wasn't delivered, but I received a full refund. That was greatly appreciated.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I just watched a employee from my car theough the glass window TODAY 11/17/2020 AT 6:30 PM dig in her mouth twice and perceed to walk behind the counter and make customers food. I jump out of my car left it running and my cellphone out of anger. I then asked before she continued to make order for someone to make her was her hands. All three employees looked at me like I was crazy. I asked for a refund and for a complaint number which I did not get. Thank God for google. Not only were employees not wear mask but to not practice proper hand hygiene when away from the work area or just even after doing something as Nasty as digging in your mouth is disgusting and unprofessional. I will make several complaints because that is beyond exceptable. PLEASE BE AWARE!

Tried calling in an order and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Tried to call them back three times and they just would keep picking up and hanging up. The staff is garbage.
So my experience was perfect in the end. But I ordered in advance, hours in advance mind you, and DoorDash took my order and delivered the wrong food. Upon calling him, he told me to call the merchant, to which I did and they explained the mix up and gave me instructions to relay to the DoorDash driver to come get the food and then swap it at the store. Well he went straight to the store, and proceeded to call me a liar (wingstop called me back to inform me) and then he picke

Never want to go here again. There are young people only working and it shows...one girl does Nothing but eat in the kitchen and take orders. She checks on the order and then never responds. It's a hang out spot for them and cooking is just a suggestion... expect 30 min wait once you arrive even if you placed order in advance.

My boyfriend and I ordered from you right before closing tonight. I had only eaten 3 plain classic wings and a few sips of my fountain drink, he had only 1 of his chicken tenders and half of his fountain drink. We are both immensely sick. It is the only thing we have eaten today. I’ll be going to the doctors tomorrow afternoon and getting checked for food poisoning. Something is not right.

The wings were great but they didn't walk them it to the car, so I waited in the restaurant to pick up with about 12 other people and tried to socially distance while inside. There orders all seemed to be running late. I would in the future plan to arrive about 10m after the order pick up time.

I ordered from here thinking the wings would be good based off I've had them before just not from this location NEVER again! I ordered 8 Lemon Pepper, 7 Garlic Parmigan, and 5 Hawaiian!! I didn't even eat 2 my coworkers whom I bought them for to show my appreciation for them barely ate and was nice to say they enjoyed but how could they...... the wings were drenched in oil and you couldn't even taste what flavor they were supposed to be! The fries weren't even good, I mean how do u mess up fries!! They DID!!! I'm totally disappointed and hate I spent money on this nonsense!! I'll also be contacting them to let them know how disappointed I am!!! I contact them and because I ordered through Door Dash they tell me to contact them but why???? They didn't make the food, you Wing Stop did!! This is ridiculous!! I'm so pushed off right now and can't find a way to contact Door Dash !! I guess it's just $50 down the drain!!
