The customer service is terrible. I asked them for a extra large coffee with four cream and five sugars. I waited to get home to drink my coffee and when I got home I had a good feeling that I should check it and this is what it looks like smh I can’t believe I wasted my time and money with these people

The manager on shift 1:10pm (2/18/2025) was TERRIBLE. Gossiping on the phone, cussing in front of the customers, and wouldn’t wash her hands after touching things with her bare hands and then touching food. They also had a child (about 8-11 year old little girl) in the back that was playing with all the food and the lids. Likely will be a while before I go back

ABSOLUTELY atrocious. Every. Single. Time. you order from here everything will be completely wrong. Reordered from here twice to still not receive what I paid for, called to let them know and they kept talking over me because they already KNEW what I was calling for considering I reordered the same thing. Started to be smart with me so I ended up blowing up on the lady and hung up. If you want to have disgusting food/ have it wrong everytime come here! And also experience their wonderful staff that doesn’t care one bit if you’re getting what you paid for.

This place is absolutely terrible! The manager Brittany is super rude and rushes you, they are constantly serving hard donuts and forgetting half my order every time I come through. And it’s every time, not every once in a while. This is the most embarrassing location I’ve ever experienced and the one on Middlebelt and van born is super bad too . Get it together!!! I will be calling corporate to make a complaint on the manager and the morning shift crew. Also the health department as well as they are serving old food and it’s truly disgusting.

Caveat Emptor…This place needs an overhaul. They need help. You won’t get what you paid for, and they never seem to have much in stock. And the employees have the worst attitudes. I witnessed them berating drive thru customers simply because the store was out of stock due to poor management. Do not come here.

The staff is fine but the food has a weird taste to it. Specifically the breakfast sandwiches. The bagels seem to be fine.
The hot vanilla chai has a “chemical-ish” taste too.
If anything is being cleaned with a chemical please give it a once over and a heat cycle (if possible). No one wants to taste that.
I’ll have to come in for a refund later in the day unfortunately.

Ordered the breakfast special (sandwich, hashbrown, coffee, donut) at the Telegraph/Eureka location. The order was wrong. I didn't receive one of the breakfast sandwiches; received a regular iced latte instead of the carmel apple latte. I went through the drive-thru and the young lady who took the order was very polite, patient and helpful. The food I received was good. It's just unfortunate my order was not correct.
