I have been coming here almost every other day for the past 2 years.
Lately, for the past 3 months or so their cappuccino machine isn't working right.
The French vanilla doesnt taste the same like other tim hortons
Whenever I tell them they say they haven't had any issues with it.
This can not be true. I am sure something is wrong with it. It doesn't taste like French vanilla it tastes like watered down milk. And the machine doesnt produce any foam in the drink this is how I know there has to be something wrong with it.
I am either going to start going to a different location or wait and see if they fix it bcz if you go taste the cappuccino from other locations it taste way better than this one.
I am leaving this message here and if it doesnt get fixed within a week or so I will escalate and report this location to headquarters.
O and then on top of everything they increased the prices and the employees think they dont have to give you back your change just because its a few cents.

I knwo no one wants to work and places are short handed but still have to put a smile face the white lady there was nice and smiley the young girl was more in her own world still making coffees.. but more serious face .

Writing this one week later: On Halloween last week I wanted to give my staff a bit of a treat before going home at the end of the day. I needed 3 dozen donuts and 3 take 12s. One reg coffee, one vanilla, and one hot chocolate. I called multiple TH in the area and none of them could accommodate the take 12s besides regular coffee. I called this location and without hesitation they said they could do it. I went in and ordered it and Zee, Britney, and Shannon got to work! They had customers at drive thru as well but their teamwork was so focused that I didn’t even wait 10 mins for them to be done with my large order. Thank you very much and I would recommend this team to anyone.

The hashbrowns that I ordered today both tasted and smelled like there was chemical cleaner all over them. Terrifying because I am pregnant and it looks like my first review got removed so I am making sure someone is aware because that is extremely dangerous.

The most unprofessional people and rudiest employee I have ever dealt with .First of all at 9 am OUT OF BISCUITS .Talked me into using a crescent roll for breakfast sandwich .told me to pull up and asked if I could order more .Was rushed thru ordering .Shorted me 10 piece Timbits.But told me they did not charge me .Ok but very rude .Then I drove off and came back and AGAIN SO RUDE .WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION .
I went with my wonderful boyfriend. I asked for a caramel ice cap, he asked for a black coldbrew with a splash of oatmilk.
My drink had about an inch of Carmel on the bottom. Way too sweet and it wasn't blended at all. His coldbrew was more than half oatmilk to coffee. It was basically oatmilk with a splash of coldbrew.
It seems like the store is mostly run by teenagers. The staff's customer service style was pushy and unhospitable. The worker at the window mostly ignored us except to make slightly rude comments about our car's decor.
Would highly recommend the Tim Hortons on Ecorse instead.👍
