If I wanted bad food with bad service I could stay home and make it myself. Used to vist every day maybe twice a day for at least 10 yrs all over S.E. Mi. I stopped drinking coffee but still like to treat myself to the occasional treat, not a burnt bagel and unprofessional service. This time I got my items with a smile but they still gave me a different price from what was on the drive thru screen like my last few vista's this year. Are they trying to add a tip to their poor quality and service? Why spend the $ on digital screens and menu's only to do whatever you want at the window. I won't forget this 1 for a while and will definitely be finding a new place to spend my $

BEES IN MY COFFEE!!! one little bee stuck on the inside of my lid, when I dumped it out slowly I could see two more little bees at the bottom dead!!! Absolutely disgusted and attitude of the workers doesn’t make this any better they’re 100% rude and aloof.

1st time at a Tim Hortons. We got a coffee & left. We were going to oder a sandwich each, but they were friendly as snot. We went elsewhere and ate. Hopefully. Other Hortons are friendly?
We are very impressed with Audrey working your drive through window. My husband goes to Tim Hortons all over the metro detroit area and Audrey was by far the most courteous and helpful of all of the Tim Hortons. From every aspect of our order right down to asking if we would like coffee cup sleeve. She didn’t miss a beat. And the coffee was fresh and not burnt. We will stop by this Tim Hortons anytime we are in town.

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for years now and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is there dinning room never seems to be open. I like to go on walks up here but lately their dinning room is just never open and it never seems to matter what time of day I come in. And they told me the reason why is their understaffed but I mean what’s the point of having a dinning room floor if it’s never being used.
