The only reason I go to this Tim Hortons is it's the only one on my way to work. I gave this location multiple chances to try to fix it every time I get a medium caramel iced coffee 4 and 4 it tastes watered down. Any other Tim Hortons I go to it's perfect I have to stop and get sugar and add it into it not what I want to do on my way to work I should be able to come there and get my stuff and I have to make an extra stop on my way to work.

The young girl at the drive through window was very rude! I was redeeming my points for a free iced coffee, which states on the app regular or flavored for 750 points, I frequent tim hortons daily, and get a free coffee several times a month. I have never at any hortons been charged for mocha. When asked her why was i being charged she got an attitude . If you want to be over charged and yelled at, this is the hortons to go to!

I don't know if they ran out of cups or what but two large iced Capps were in different cups than other tim Hortons, and were like... less than half filled. My iced Capps from other tim Hortons have a rounded dome top. After she handed them to me, I even asked the girl if they were indeed large. She said yes. After leaving the drive thru I started to drink mine and realized no way in hell this was a large iced capp in a too large pop container. A medium or less for sure. I was in a rush and didn't want to go back and deal with the zombie workers. This was my first and last time going to this Timmy's.

Best place ever! I placed the order over the phone, and when I arrived two minutes later, it was ready. The cashier was nice, but not everything was available. I tried to order four different types of iced coffee, but they weren’t available at this branch. Still, I’ll come back here in the future because it’s fast

The bagel was burned badly to the point where I pulled the food out and threw the bagel out the window. I'm sure there is a desperate animal starving that will chance it.
