This is a good Tim Hortons. I just feel the food at all Tim Hortons has gone down in quality

This used to be my favorite location not any more the last 4 times I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me a egg and cheese on a English muffin today I check to make sure it was right and they did it again I told them I wanted a egg and cheese biscuit not this they didn't put the scrambled egg on that comes with the biscuit they put the fried egg on it that comes on the egg and cheese English muffin I think they put the egg that was on the English muffin on the biscuit instead of doing it right and they were also rude never had a issue until lately I understand stand people make mistakes and I don't complain but today I am saying something because when I'm not being rude about the mistake am I just ask nicely for what I ordered and they are rude about it and still don't make it right I have to say something I used to work in costumer service and if there was ever a mistake I was never rude I apologize and fixed the mistake to make it right and make the customer happy but it's like they didn't care and when I got home I just threw my food in the trash I didn't want it anymore.

Just wanted to shout-out the girl (Annalise-not sure if that’s how you spell it) who just made me and my besties coffee before work! It’s the best we’ve had in awhile lately , sugar was stirred , the coffee tasted fresh, I called to get her name. Thank you hun for doing a great job and being nice!
