So disappointing to get morning coffee and drive off only to taste its been ran through twice and tastes like water. This has happened more than a few times at this location. Uaaaagh!

I went to get my hashbrowns that I love so much. At 11:02 I get told they stop selling hashbrowns at 11. RUDEST WORKERS EVER.. but that's not why. As I get to the drive through, I say "Come on man, 2 minutes?" And that's when the rude behavior begins "Well go somewhere else for a hashbrown then man." "Mad about a little baby hashbrown." Been going here for years, rudest worker I've ever encountered.

I hope all Tim Hortons are not as bad as this one, the customer service is ridiculous and the manager is rude and needs more training or something he needs to learn how to treat people everybody don't know what to order and has to look at the outside menu. Yes you have people that come everyday and knows exactly what they want, I ordered a everything bagel with butter and cream cheese it had a pound of butter and a half of teaspoon of cream cheese and it wasn't even spreaded on the bagel and it wasn't even warm I asked for toasted! When I asked about my order he had the nerve to have an attitude... give me a break people deserve better from ALL of these fast food places!! Do better Man or quit your job and find another job that is not in customer service.

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was burnt. I took it back got the same thing burnt again. Got my money back less the tax. I was enjoying my coffee until the last few sips. A mouth full of coffee grains.Yuck ? ..
