The problem is that they sell on the too good to go app all their leftover inventory for $4. So when someone comes at 5pm, there's nothing left. I know because i did the too good to go once and they ran out because he gave too much to the prior ppl. who also bought the deal. I came before closing time at 6:30 like the app said to do, and he told me to come the next day at 5. Because there was nothing left the day I went. They should first prioritize customers, then give out the leftover deals right before closing. Realisticly they are losing money. Because if someone buys 2 bakery items it's $4 if not a bit more. So your not making money giving out a bunch of stuff for $4, when a real customer wants something 2 hours before closing time. If they could figure out with the to good to go app how many people they need to put leftovers aside for so they can evenly portion out items. Before they give it away to the next person. I asked them, and they said they have no way to see how many people bought the leftover deal. I went this morning for doughnuts for my kids. My kids get hyped up from sprinkles, this was barely covered in sprinkles. Usually it's full to the point you can't even see the icing.

Horrible experience, handed my sandwich . I was told to pull around to the front to wait a large cup of coffee. Several people after me received a cup of coffee. I decided to go in and the staff immediately began making my coffee .

Don't go to this Tim Hortons got a peppermint latte didn't have any peppermint in it when I asked for them to put peppermint in it I got an attitude she said she had to ask her manager then all they did was set it on the counter walk around for a few minutes and gave me back the same unaltered drink I also got a hot chocolate muffin that was at least 2 days old because it was hard and crusty as hell the owner really needs to get a hold of his business and do something with his employees or this Tim Hortons is going to be closed permanently but appears nothing is going to change and the owner really doesn't give a shit...proof of that is read the rest of the reviews there's nothing but bad reviews hardly any good ones at all for this location.... save your time and money and go somewhere else.

So I went through the drive-thru and they made me wait 20 minutes but then told me to come inside. I tried to come inside but the door was still locked. So then I went back through the drive-thru to pick it up. Waited another 20 minutes and they are so slow that there was other customers getting out of their cars coming up to the speaker and yelling because how slow they are. Ended up not even getting my order after 45 minutes. Worst staff at any business I've ever ran into

I was driving to this location (it's very close to my house) and I was wondering what they would be out of this time, it was cream cheese. Once it was cream a few other times the ice cap machine was down. I'll never be back. I'll be driving the the location on Telegraph just north of Wick from now on. Only reason this place stays in business is a great location at Telegraph and Eureka. Save your time and money.

Hardest working Tim Hortons in town! Always busy, and those 2 employees are bustin @$$ to keep the drive thru moving! (Pro tip - it is NOT faster to go inside tho, and the parking lot kind of gets you trapped behind the drive thru line 😬). These employees need a raise, it more hands! They're easily doing twice the business of the other Tim Hortons down the road, and the quality is still spot on 🥰
