I went in to tropical Smoothie to get me my replacement smoothie the establishment messed up and the girl at the register in the pink sweater was very rude to me she didn't have a name tag on. I told her I talk to someone that put my name in the book and she claimed she called her manager and they had no book she don't know who I talk to. She didn't try to help me at all.

Okay firstly, they have massive staring issues, and we’re discussing one of there coworkers in a negative light, and third they force you to tip. There’s no way out of it or at least it’s designed where it takes you a hot second to get out of it. Tipped for what? A quick smoothie? 3$ for that? Do not come here!!!!!!

4 employees qorkinh qith no customers when we walked in. Guy running register could not count change so he refused to allow me to give him the correct coins so that I got a bill back and not more coins. For me the qorst part is that with no customers and 4 people working, no one emptied the over flowing trash

I made my order online on 09/07/2023, and always order the apple kale salad, and today it look like someone already ate half of it or it looked like they didnt give me the full portion. I wanted to go back inside to talk to the employees about the situation but maybe they was short on supplies or having a bad day. So i decided to leave a review instead. The employees are always nice so thats why i just let it go but hopefully this review can show the location to not give half size portions as if someone had already eaten out of the container

Awful , place is unsanitary, rotted bananas being served, I had to come inside wait for my curbside pickup order and grab it myself after I was not greeted .smoothies taste horrible . Too many employees working there for it be this unfriendly and slow. Won't return or recommend.
