I've been to this location before and did I have any issues. I will not return back to this location. As I have possible food poisoning I'm currently sitting in the hospital sick to my stomach

Cafe is always running behind, even when ordering 20 minutes ahead. Even after arriving at specified app pickup time, you are expected to wait another 20 minutes while they actually start your food. I would drive the extra 5 minutes and visit the eureka road location.

There was a bug in my sisters food. They wouldn’t give her a refund. The owner said “sometimes bugs get in food, that happens”. Would never recommend eating here. Employees were disrespectful.

Typically i have no problem with the service in the drive thru, as i don't really notice anything but people working hard. But the one time i was in a rush and wanted to get a quick smoothie to help with my diabetes because my sugar was low and i was craving it but my family also wanted smoothies so i ended up spending 30 dollars. So i decided to make a mobile order, during my wait the workers were laughing and joking around for the whole 14 minute wait. And when I had finally had enough of waiting for them to being it out to the mobile order cabinet, I went up to the front desk trying to not be rude. and I was met with immediate quietness and uncomfortable faces. Which made me feel that mobile order wasn't a good thing, then i found out my smoothies had been sitting to the side the whole time and wasnt put in the mobile order cabinet. Not trying to be rude, i just felt off the whole time and i really needed sugar in that moment, and thought they'd be as fast as they usually were but they were all circled and talking instead....

Have been here in the past and it wasn't this bad, but most likely will not be going back for food. Smoothies are fine. Husband placed an app order, and when he got there the order was wrong (2 wraps, instead of a salad and a wrap). They made his salad, but this was what it looked like - not even half full, barely any toppings, didn't give him the dressing. Put it in the same bag as the hot food, so by the time he got home, it was hot, wilted, and disgusting, not to mention it not even being a full order. Totally not edible! Do better!

The smoothies are great and reasonably priced. I love the peanut butter crunch breakfast sandwich. In fact, I earned enough reward points today to get one free next time.
