The food was good... but the people that work there are horrible. First, we're there standing at the counter to order. No one acknowledged our presence... waited and waited... finally, someone walked up to take our order. No greeting, I just took the order. No, thank you for the order.. just nothing. Waited for food, finally someone walked over and picked up our order that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. Worst experience ever, so the food was good for what it was, but the experience was horrible!

Every other tropical smoothie cafe charges $0.25 for a cup of ice and this one charges $1.00 and doesn’t even fill up the cup all the way. Scammers.

I had a really terrible experience today, in the drive-thru. No greeting just "what can I get you" after I said the first thing, rudley the older lady stated " is that all" . I ordered something else "is that all" I said "no." I ordered my last item and was met with the same response. I was the only car at the time. They were not busy. Even if so, that was the worst experience I've had there. It felt like I walked into something that may have happened because the employees looked upset as well.

This location is ran by kids every time I come here there is a problem just had a smoothie made that taste like literal water I called the location asked to speak to a manger and my experience was atrocious this lady spoke over me the whole time didn’t let me get a word in did not apologize once offered to remake it when I have a problem with every single order I place why would I want that immediately started getting snappy with me for absolutely no reason and my chicken quesadilla has no chicken in in just cheese and they gave me the side they had available no options were given this location just needs too be shut down avoid this place also there is hair in my food this place is disgusting and disrespectful they need to be retrained for customer service I can’t believe this is like to speak to the owner but I was denied contact

I went in the morning time and ordered my two usual smoothies. When I pulled off I finally tasted them and they tasted just like water. I didn’t have time to turn around and go back to the store so I called to see if they could fix or reimburse. I had to call twice for me to even reach someone. When I finally spoke to someone, the lady was so short and rude with me as if she just wanted to get me off the phone. That interaction single handedly ruined my morning smh

For this location; I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered online, I went it to pick up 2 smoothies. 0 acknowledgement when I walked in. Everyone seemed to be in their own world. I checked the mobile/take out section, nothing was over there. So I stood by the counter thinking maybe they were still working on my smoothies. I saw 2 smoothies sitting on the counter near their food station area. Once again, no hello. No greeting. No "We'll be with you in a moment". Nothing. I didn't stand there very long but enough to where nobody said a single word. A young woman came out from the back or restroom area. After watching a couple smoothies made I asked the young lady "Hey, are those 2 smoothies over there mine?" She goes over, and indeed they were mine. They were just sitting there and thankfully I said something because if my smoothies would've became runny, I would've rejected both of them and asked for new ones. So other than the young lady, which 8/10 for her service to the other 2, 0/10.
To top it off, from where I was standing I could actually see into their ice bucket where they scoop up their ice. 🤢🤮 GROSS!! It was brown!! It looks like it hasn't been cleaned out in some time. In hindsight, after seeing the ice bucket I should've declined the smoothies and asked for a refund.
I honestly don't know if I'll be returning this location. Such a shame, I'm overall a fan of TSC. But this place left a bad impression.
Updating to one star. They will put whatever they want in your food when it’s busy just to get orders out. How do I have a sandwich with guacamole in it when not a single wrap comes with it? & the receipt says no tomatoes but low and behold, tomatoes.

I ordered the Bahama Mama Bowl. The yogurt is frozen and when I asked the staff if I could have one that wasn't frozen they told me "They're all frozen, we keep them in the freezer" even after I told them I had ordered one before and it wasn't. Made it feel very un-fresh, will not be ordering from this location again.

Rudest service ever. The young lady answered the drive up rude, practically snatched my card and when she gave my my receipt she frowned. I asked if she was ok she said are you and slammed the window. When the manager brought my drink I told her about my experience and the young lady came back to window started yelling while the manager laughed. I frequent this store at least 3 times a week. I will never go back…

The district manager doesn't like me so I've been trying to get new jobs and she's telling them not to hire me what kind of person does that after she gave me the middle finger and show all my text messages to the whole staf Because I quit cause I had strapped throat It's very immature to stop somebody from making money because you have a little power it's disgusting
