Typically i have no problem with the service in the drive thru, as i don't really notice anything but people working hard. But the one time i was in a rush and wanted to get a quick smoothie to help with my diabetes because my sugar was low and i was craving it but my family also wanted smoothies so i ended up spending 30 dollars. So i decided to make a mobile order, during my wait the workers were laughing and joking around for the whole 14 minute wait. And when I had finally had enough of waiting for them to being it out to the mobile order cabinet, I went up to the front desk trying to not be rude. and I was met with immediate quietness and uncomfortable faces. Which made me feel that mobile order wasn't a good thing, then i found out my smoothies had been sitting to the side the whole time and wasnt put in the mobile order cabinet. Not trying to be rude, i just felt off the whole time and i really needed sugar in that moment, and thought they'd be as fast as they usually were but they were all circled and talking instead....

Have been here in the past and it wasn't this bad, but most likely will not be going back for food. Smoothies are fine. Husband placed an app order, and when he got there the order was wrong (2 wraps, instead of a salad and a wrap). They made his salad, but this was what it looked like - not even half full, barely any toppings, didn't give him the dressing. Put it in the same bag as the hot food, so by the time he got home, it was hot, wilted, and disgusting, not to mention it not even being a full order. Totally not edible! Do better!

The food was good... but the people that work there are horrible. First, we're there standing at the counter to order. No one acknowledged our presence... waited and waited... finally, someone walked up to take our order. No greeting, I just took the order. No, thank you for the order.. just nothing. Waited for food, finally someone walked over and picked up our order that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. Worst experience ever, so the food was good for what it was, but the experience was horrible!
Every other tropical smoothie cafe charges $0.25 for a cup of ice and this one charges $1.00 and doesn’t even fill up the cup all the way. Scammers.

I had a really terrible experience today, in the drive-thru. No greeting just "what can I get you" after I said the first thing, rudley the older lady stated " is that all" . I ordered something else "is that all" I said "no." I ordered my last item and was met with the same response. I was the only car at the time. They were not busy. Even if so, that was the worst experience I've had there. It felt like I walked into something that may have happened because the employees looked upset as well.

This location is ran by kids every time I come here there is a problem just had a smoothie made that taste like literal water I called the location asked to speak to a manger and my experience was atrocious this lady spoke over me the whole time didn’t let me get a word in did not apologize once offered to remake it when I have a problem with every single order I place why would I want that immediately started getting snappy with me for absolutely no reason and my chicken quesadilla has no chicken in in just cheese and they gave me the side they had available no options were given this location just needs too be shut down avoid this place also there is hair in my food this place is disgusting and disrespectful they need to be retrained for customer service I can’t believe this is like to speak to the owner but I was denied contact

I went in the morning time and ordered my two usual smoothies. When I pulled off I finally tasted them and they tasted just like water. I didn’t have time to turn around and go back to the store so I called to see if they could fix or reimburse. I had to call twice for me to even reach someone. When I finally spoke to someone, the lady was so short and rude with me as if she just wanted to get me off the phone. That interaction single handedly ruined my morning smh
