To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, Websters has been one of my go to restaurants my entire life I truly don't remember a time it wasn't around, driving by the for sale sign yesterday was hard but I understand why completely, to say the quality went down under new owners is honestly an understatement. Websters has always been the little hometown restaurant a little expensive sure but for less than 20$ you could get a full order chicken strips dinner packed so full you'd have dinner tonight & tomorrow! Very convenient when balling on a budget! New owners really ruined that, 25$ for a teeny tiny sandwich box with 12 steak fries & 4 chicken strips. Yes I did count. I use to love Websters it's always been the restaurant I choose when I had a little extra cash and they always did right by you considering the prices, if you've eaten here before you'll know the og boxes where like cake boxes and you actually got a boat of fries with your meal unlike now where they just throw a fistful in the bottom of a sandwich box & call it a day. New owners ruined the place & I see why it's for sale after not even a year? Shame on you for ruining this classic diner, the community sincerely misses the way this place used to be.

I was disappointed quite frankly. They have a banner out front for kabobs. We ordered several. They were not soaked in sauce, the pieces were breaded then sauced. Not slathered in sauce then skewered like I was expecting. They were good but just what I though they'd be like. It seemed slow. UT I could've pre ordered I guess.

Pizza tasted like the $5 frozen pizza you get at a gas station or 7 eleven. Explained why price was $6.99. Rib Kabobs were terrible. Cole slaw not even edible. The sad part is this used to be my go to when I lived in area. I drove 30 minutes for disappointment. You can tell they changed the quality. Zukins is wayyyy better.

I ordered websters today we got a pizza with double cheese n ham and a rib kabobs meal and it's been probably 10 yrs since we last had them and I know new owners now and was very happy with all the food and it was still hot by the time it got here i will definitely be ordering again

When the new owners took over, we were hooked; their rib kabobs were so delicious. We drive 25 minutes to get their rib kabobs, but we will not be getting them anymore. We ordered a 20-piece rib kabob dinner with fries and coleslaw. We got home, and everyone was enjoying their meal when I pulled a 12-inch hair out of my mouth. It was embedded in the meat. We all immediately stopped eating. If the employees or owners read this, please wear hairnets. We called to let them know, and the girl was very apologetic about it and offered a $20 credit, but we will no longer be going there. It is a shame; we've been customers for over 10 years. The only reason I'm giving it any stars is because of the woman who answered the phone and how she handled the situation.

If you need a quick and delicious dinner for your family or even if you’re hosting you HAVE to order the Rib kabobs from Websters ? they are mouthwatering. Along with the fresh pizza. A must try if you are in the Taylor area.
Dietary restrictions: They accommodated our tree nut and sesame seed allergy!
This place is great!! the service was very professional and kind. I ordered a load of stuff: Pizza, subs, chicken and not to mention the rib kabobs they told me to try were amazing. My whole family that ate said it was unbelievable. everything was so fresh and hot and very very tasty. I will for sure be coming back to this place. Unfortunately google only has 5 stars unless I would give this place a 10/10!!

Ordered a large garlic parm fry for $8.49 and this is what I received on top of half of my $70 food missing. This is absolutely pathetic and will no longer order from them again. Do better

Webster’s recently went under new ownership and my family had an amazing experience. The pizza was great and the rib kebabs were phenomenal. My go-to place in Taylor, MI hands down.
