Just ordered a burger. Asked for an extra side cup of pickles at the window. 9/10 they just give u something that small for free but I understand that they have a job to do. I take a quick second to look around my car for one more quarter and I hear one of the ladies in the back say “if I have to wait for every ****ing car running up the drive thru timer then I’m gonna lose it” or something along those lines. Very rude and off putting. If I wasn’t hungry I would have asked for a refund right then. Sorry for any inconvenience I caused you by being a paying customer.

I was visiting someone at the nearby hospital So I decided to stop and grab something to eat so I could take some medicine. I could not get my app to place my order. It kept giving me an error message so I went Into the establishment to place my order. Upon entering this location, the dining room was pretty empty and no one was at the counter. This must’ve been a lull In the lunch rush. The dining room was clean and maybe about 30 seconds upon me entering the building. Someone came to the counter and greeted me. The young man was very courteous and he said good afternoon. How may I take your order? I saw that Wendy’s was offering the son of the bacon Ater for three dollars so I said why not. I ordered the sandwich without a bun and I asked for tomatoes and onions to be added, but unfortunately it was going to be $.60 for each item in addition To the three dollars but Previously they were free. now, the young lady and young man at the counter did explain to me that the additional tomatoes and onions and pickles would cost more so they did their job extremely effectively and very friendly. So I opted just to take the sandwich as it comes without a bun. When I received my food, it was fresh and hot, but it was the size of a white castle burger. I was extremely disappointed and wish that I hadn’t never ordered it because of course I was still hungry. I should’ve just ordered a biggie bag. I do however recommend visiting this particular location in Tayler Michigan on telegraph Road for the extraordinary customer service but Wendy’s you need to do better !

Dont go if you want a potato of any kind after 7pm they just tell you they take 15 minutes in the oven and tell you anything else I can get for you. I get it if you're short staffed but you should say something not just we can't do that menu item because we don't want to.

Did a mobile order about 2:50pm. Wasn't ready when I went to pickup no big deal. Waited while the staff pushed out a bunch of other orders for a large group. During that I stood off to the side and just watched. Both of the girls at the counter were friendly and polite even when someone was rude or complained. They then noticed I was standing off to the side and immediately apologized and gave me my food. It's been awhile since I've seen good customer service. Good job! Side note all the pop tasted like watery nothing and fries tasted like days old been microwaved. Nuggets fresh though!

Lady on the speaker asked like 3 times for my order bc she was laughing so hard on the back and then once I got home there was a white hair on my chicken nugget, I threw those out and decided to eat my fries nope there was another white hair there as well I will NEVERRRR go back to that location 🤮.

Went here at 12:00a.m. and went through the drive-in to place an order. I say hello a couple of times no response but yet the idiot workers are in there with no response so I drive off. I don't know why it's listed as open til 1:00a.m. if the workers going to make up their own time as to when they're closed and just stay back in the place waiting to get paid but isn't doing a thing to earn the money they get.
Pulled me forward when nobody was behind me and inside was empty... Also didn't get all the food I paid for. Rip Wendy!! The burger you forgot to put in the bag for my pregnant wife that I paid for just cost you my business for life. It's fast food not rocket science....

I ordered a meal but they had virtually no syrup for any of their pop and I used the bathroom want there was no toilet paper just a stack of napkins instead. I told them and they knew they were out and just said they don't have any. I have them 2 stars because it's still better than the one down the road on eureka road.
