We weren’t greeted when we walked in, still wasn’t greeted when the employee too our order. Ordered the Dave’s double, bun was dried out, meat overcooked. Fries just okay. Thing is I always have a good experience at Wendy’s.

The drive-through lady, who has a mouth piercing. Called my mother, an idiot, and had already premade a drink, and blamed her for changing it before she even fully ordered. Fully trashy, unprofessional and honestly rude.

The guy taking our order did not seem confident enough to work the POS system he asked for help multiple times which is not a big deal everyone's gotta learn, we sat there for 15 minutes with our order complete waiting to pay and they couldn't figure it out so we decided to leave without spending money. After a hard day's work I bring my family in to eat cause thats what the fam wanted and couldn't even eat there. Totally disappointed. Guess Wendy's is now on the list of do not return for restaurants.
