Went here today to get lunch. This is my second time going here in the last maybe 2 months and the same woman at the drivethru I’m assuming is a manager because she’s always taking orders and at the window, is so extremely rude. Not sure of her name but she really should seek a job that isn’t customer service because she’s horrible at it. No smile, no have a good day. Acts like the customer is an inconvenience and like she’s sick of her job. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for a long time and this woman is by far the rudest woman I’ve ever seen in customer service here. Get home and my food was old, sloppy & just disgusting. Won’t be going back here. Smh. Find another Wendy’s y’all.

Update: place has gone down hill. Service is so slow and they are not busy. Dont do drive thru or you will wait 10 mins with nobody in front of you. If you go inside be ready to walk because they gave half the parking spots to mobile orders. Which are always empty. Makes me wonder if this is one of the 300 stores closing?
Food is good but always check your order. Have not gotten my order right in 2 years. Drive thru is a challenge, just make sure they give you everything before you leave.

Left a bad review a few years ago and this place hasn't changed for the better suppose to be under new management and yet its still the same super slow , cold food, wrong order went tonight and was at the window waiting for my food from 815pm until 830pm this location has the worse wait time every time its a 15 min or more wait then your food is cold employees are loud and rude always yelling at each other at the window including the management this location should just close since they keep losing customers everyday no drive thru should be a 15 min wait

I`m giving a 1 on the review because I can`t give a zero. I went to store #3072 which is in Taylor, Mi. I ordered 2 Junior Bacon Chesse burger meals. Even though they are $8.00 each what I was given makes this way over priced. The cheese burgers were no where fresh, almost cold. The french fries were also cold and soggy. The hamburger buns were also cold and dry. They crumbled at the touch. Someone should be ashamed to charge money for this food. There are signs outside saying under new management. Maybe you should consider changing again. I will not order food here again.

If Google would have let me write this a zero star I would have. I have been going to this Wendy's for more than 10 years. I just found out about a month ago it's owned by new people. I ordered just a simple 4 piece kids meal, there were three nuggets in the box. I'm not here to ask for more nuggets I just want everyone to understand we are all moving too fast we need to slow down and pay attention. When I called the building the manager, I assume, talked more on the phone than I could speak. And when he was done he hung up. I miss the old owners
Worse Wendy's on this side of town by far. Staffing has always been an issue here. The level of professionalism and quality just sucks. They are 5 for 8 on getting my order wrong this year. And on 3 of those occasions I got met with attitude. Completely done with this location.

i don’t usually write reviews but these people are rude at the window and taking the orders they treat customers like an inconvenience. had me wondering what did i do but im glad to see it’s not just me. this is only my 3rd time ever getting wendy’s and i feel like i been missing out but imma have to start going to different locations because they will ruin your appetite 😂

The person at the wundow didn't even greet us or say anything at all. I was the one saying thank you and have a good day. She had a nasty look on her face too. If you don't like your job, leave. I'll never come back. I cannot stand someone who looks miserable and working in customer service.

Evening dinner rush for the last month has got me a 9 count on my 10 piece nuggets. As aggravating as that is I don't call to complain. However, this location is under new management and I have seen improvements in quality of food and better customer service.
