I have been to this Wendy’s on three separate occasions, and every single solitary time there’s a problem. The first time, I went to place my order the girl was really loud and ghetto and exclaimed “we ain’t got no fries, coke, we’re out of everything basically!” so I drove off. The second time, i was hopeful my experience would be better because there was a sign that said “new management.” Then I was told to pull forward and that my food would be brought out to me. I sat there for nearly ten minutes with cars honking and trying to get around me (as their drive through is not designed for cars to sit there, you can’t easily go around) and no one came so I had to back up in the drive through, very hard to do while trying not to hit anything, and turned out they had completely forgotten about my food even though I had paid! The last time, just Sunday, my order was simple: a large chili and baked potato with butter and sour cream. I thought surely they can’t mess that up. Nope! Got home and no butter, sour cream, or cutlery—just a plain, bland baked potato. Waste of money and time. The sign says “new management” but nothing has changed. I won’t be back. Terrible, raggedy service.

They always give you attitude when you need something or when they forget something they up charge you without even telling you and say no that’s what you ordered. This is one of the worst locations ever in Wendy’s history they need to shut this location down

Sat at the screen in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting, tried talking to get their attention but nothing, cars behind me pulled out of line and when I finally did there were 2 girls just sitting and talking at the 2nd window with headsets on, always something with this place

The Wendy's on Ecorse near Monroe in Taylor is the worst. They are always out of pop or containers for fries it's ridiculous. The employees all look like they are being tortured. I don't eat there anymore because everytime I did, I felt sick. However my husband still has me pick it up for him.

Food was okay but when I ordered I ordered 10 nuggs combo which gives me 10 Biggs fries and a soda and my friend ordered bacon fries we got 19 nuggs and a drink the drive thru worker just gave us our food with a shit look 👎

This is the Wendy's that I frequent most. I purposely pass by one the one closest to my house because I feel this particular one has better service and food. This one really disappointed me today. Why is there no top on my chili instead it wrapped in plastic,why did you give me three forks and no spoon I ordered chili and my 10 piece spicy nuggets taste like they been sitting. This is the first time I have experienced this service here disappointed to say the least. Wendy's please do better.
Staff was loud and goofing off in the back. Filled the order wrong and had to get it corrected. Fries were cold and unsalted.
