I love WC, not the ones from the freezer. The ones that are hot off the grill. It's my first stop after I pick up the rental from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne Airport.I love the one in Taylor, MI. Staff are always professional and polite during my order.I always use the drive thru. to order my two DC sliders (new name?), chocolate shake, and my medium fries. Oh I don't play about my chicken rings.As a Native Detroiter, I've been eating WC for over 50 years. I haven't lived in Detroit for over 20 years, I try to travel home at least twice a year. But these burgers remind me of my childhood years with my parents and grandparents, who are now no longer with us.I know, this is a long, humorous, drawn out story to describe my love for WC. I wish there was an actual restaurant here in Columbia,SC.The End ?my ???

The shift who worked around 7pm on Feb 7th has to be the most incompetent and lazy staff I’ve ever came across. I never order white castles anymore because every time I come here they mess up at least 1 thing. The only time I come here is when my family wants something. I placed an order, and should have already assumed it would be messed up when the guy taking it was clearly new and kept talking to his co workers when taking my order and kept asking me to repeat what I ordered. I’m assuming he didn’t realize his headset was still on. Once I got my order I pulled over on the other side of the building to check that everything was right, when I realized I didn’t get the drinks for 2 combos and I got two small fries when it was supposed to be one small & one medium. I decided to go inside and was met by who I’m assuming is the manager. When I was telling her what I was missing, she was acting like she didn’t believe me. She asked what My order was and found it on her screen & by no surprise I wasn’t rung up correctly . She then gave me a medium cup & I asked for the small as well & she gave an attitude saying “so you didn’t get any of your drinks” like she was checking me. Maybe if she would have been wearing a headset, she would have heard my order and corrected that he rung it up wrong considering I said my order at least 3 times. Once I left and brought the food back to my mom, I then was told the cheese sticks weren’t in the bag. I called & ended up going back to the store. The girl who handed the bag to me through the drive thru had an attitude & rolled her eyes when giving me the bag. I definitely feel like if I ever return to this particular White Castle I’m gonna have to be that annoying customer that sits in the window checking the whole order insteadOf pulling to the side of the building.It’s sad to see how this establishment has gone down hill so bad and fast. I definitely have to blame the general manager because I know when I used to work there before it was never like this.

Don't even try. Always a 30 minute wait at least and they never put pickles, ketchup or mustard ob them even when I ask. I'm done trying.

Ordered a huge delivery order... made sure to put "add Mustard" on all 45 sandwiches... they didn't put Mustard on any... thankfully they knew they made a mistake, offered to replace the meal at a later time and followed through with what they promised... it was just a hassle originally.

Food is old & stall. Truly nasty. Instead of napkins I was given bathroom paper towel laid on top of my food while it was in a bag. Avoid!!!!

Went there at 11 pm and we waited 45 minutes in line. The lady was irritated by us because we didn’t understand something she said. The food was gross.

We stopped by at night and the manager there took the order. It was mostly online orders and they were busy. The manager personally helped out with the orders and we got our food. He was nice to us and the food was hot. Everyone in my family enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the wonderful service.
