The service wait was as expected for white castle. It was the middle of the night, so a smidge longer because, of course, they dont have as many people. The guy at the window was nice and the food was hot and yummy.

The food was great and the service was great too. We were all a little bit disappointed at the changes made for the Valentine's Day special this year. There are no candles or table decorations. There is no balloons or candy on the table. There were no desserts served this year. the two people taking orders and providing service did an excellent job.

This place was so rude. The employee was a big jerk. They also take forever to give you your food. We waited in line for 30 mins and there was only one car in front of us and he took the car’s order that came after us first before he took our order. Do not go to this location. Go to the one on Ecorse; it is 4 mins away and the people there are nicer.
