White Castle is a fan favorite!! The food is great the service is also decent although sometimes they get a little confused during high volume times. Even still, they're always eager to make it right and provide you with the best experience possible. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get and the food seems to be made to order so it's always fresh. Overall, great location and great experience dining here.

Slowest White Castle in history!!!! I’ve been there a hand full of times in the last 5 years and every time I come here I’m in the drive thru line with only 3 cars ahead of me and it’s at least a half hour wait!!! This is how I utilized my wait time writing this review!! INSANITY!!!!

The worker was super unfriendly, lacked any social skills. I specifically asked for waffle breakfast sandwiches, received all slider buns. How can you mess up an order of 4 sandwiches? Especially after we had to wait for almost 15 minutes. Terrible, terrible, terrible....

I ordered breakfast for my husband to pick up on his way to work. After standing at the counter being ignored for almost 10 minutes, one of the guys who looked at him early and walked away was asked why he wasn't helping the customer. He strolled over nice and slow. My husband took cold food to work for him and his coworkers. Basically done with this place. It used to be good. But now with the long and very slow drive thru and the terrible service, no thank you. Do better!

Consistently has the worst service. Doesn't matter what you order it takes way to long. At this point I might as well go to a sit down restaurant and have a proper meal.

I placed an online order and everything was hot and there BUT they do not pay attention to the notes. This is the 3rd time ordering online.(maybe a couple more lol) The first two times, I got there before it was all ready and had to remind them that I requested everything plus extra pickle on the sliders. Today, it was all bagged and ready but had to double check for sauces, which the mayo was forgotten by both of us and none of the sliders had ketchup and mustard on them. Kinda sad about that but they were delish. I would just say, you may want to pay more attention to the request of the guests. I am a nice person but there are some nasty people out there and ready to cause harm over simple requests, unfortunately.
