Ordered 2 20 piece boneless wing meals for take out. They completely forgot the 2nd box of 20 piece wings. When I called to tell them they told me I need to bag the food back up and bring it back so they can see what they gave me and were extremely rude about it. When I asked for a drink for the inconvenience of having to go back out to the restaurant and tell my kids they have to wait longer to eat, they were very rude yet again. Will be using a different location next time.

Foods good, but Tavon is poor as a front counter guy. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes while driving to the location. Got there, placed my order, and listened to the phone ring several times being unanswered. Lost money for the store owner.

Placed an $100 order mostly bone in wings hot honey and Louisiana rub. Get the wings and none of the bone in wings had ANY flavoring or seasoning on them at all, just plain wings.
Called to complain about it and wanted them remade and the manager got on the phone and refused to remake them because he said "he made that order himself so he knows it's right." and "they are dry rubs so they might not look like anything in them."
Yea i can tell when something has NOTHING on it and when it does, manager obviously doesn't care about his job or making peoples food correctly.

Decided to try wing stop (Taylor) location for the very first time today as we've been hearing good about it. Went in waited in a line just for a young man to rudley tell us they're online orders only today as he walks away from us when we say we'd like to order, very unprofessional customer service. I felt as if he should have went about it in a better way especially because they didn't seem busy at all with multiple workers in there just standing around not doing anything. When I asked how to order online as we don't do that very often he completely ignores us and walks back to the back of the restaurant. Do not recommend, maybe it was a sign to not eat there because he looked as if he hasn't showered in weeks as well as lobby trashed. I get people have bad days especially in the restaurants but he was very rude and denied service. 0/10 do not recommend.

i don’t do this much.. but this is probably the worst wingstop 100% hands down. the workers are very rude, on there phones not cooking ANYTHING. my man walked in there and he said they didn’t say a word to him just basically ignored him and the phones were ringing continuously and no one was caring or even answering the phone. every time we get the fries there cold and soggy after sitting and waiting for almost a hour. very poor management.
