Brooo. Ive heaed about how horrible this place so ive alwats been a DWC girlie but today i wanted to try it cause it was closer and all i can say is NEVER AGAIN. First, it took 50 minutes to get the food and second the fries were frozen in some parts and third the bone in wings are SOOO dry.but i gave 2 stars because the people were nice. Please just go to Detroit wings, same price for juicy succulent wings and amazing fries.

It was my first time at any Wingstop and I was a little concerned at first. Most of the reviews were terrible for any of the locations in the area. We decided to take a chance for lunch and I am so glad we did. The person behind the counter was extremely nice and patient as we were looking over the menu. The wait for our food was not bad at all and it all tasted great.

Wanted some wings and try the Cajun corn. Called the order in advance ans it was ready in the time frame given. When I arrived I could see they were busy but the girl on the phone was still helpful and friendly. Love the lemon pepper wings!
costumer service is terrible. attitudes fs need to be adjusted. the mf with the big head glasses and freckles that work 2 jobs and just quit smoking vapes needs to be fired

Ordered from doordash today. I've had 2 prior orders be wrong but not completely, I shrugged it off and got my credit bc it was small orders with only 1 thing wrong. Clearly I was too forgiving because today my entire order was wrong. The whole thing....30+ worth of food just disregarded? Yall just shoving anything into bags now? That's crazy......

Not gonna lie, there’s a lot of straight long black hair in my food. Never has happened before, and it’s not mine because I’m African American and my hair is nappy, not straight and I got my food by myself. Pretty nasty but besides that great food! I won’t come back for awhile though because that’s unsanitary :/

Order my order through DoorDash and order was ready 25 minutes late and when I called the lady answered the phone with an attitude as if it was my fault the order was 25 minutes late instead of apologizing she kept saying “ok” nothing was ok and the wonder why people come to the restaurant and cuss the employees out!
My 1st time ever going. The fries were awesome. They had a sweet & salt with garlic or something. They were fantastic.

Unfortunately a DoorDash driver stole my food this evening and refused to refund me. So the absolutely amazing manager B. Was so kind enough to remake my order even though it was an issue with DoorDash. This is why I ultimately choose Wingstop over any other place!Thank you so much for doing this and I will always continue to come to this location. <3
The customer service here has been amazing. I come here all the time on my lunch break. The employees are quick to greet you and get you your order. The food was particularly amazing the past couple times I have went so I definitely recommend!!!!!!!
