Not sure how this place has 4.2 stars, the middle age lady was rude when I told her my cinnamon roll tasted like oil and the old fashion donut was hard! I was welling to change it for 2 glaze doughnut but she insisted on telling me how the owner changes the oil every week! I’m sure that may be true but it’s also Friday! She stared at me until I told her just to give my money back because she was not about to force me to eat donuts I don’t like! She yelled slammed my money on the counter and snatched the doughnuts away from me and told me not to come back! I was cool at first but she really tried to force me to eat them and it wasn’t happening! 0/10 customer service

Nice sized and fresh donuts is what I’ve experienced. They’ve earned a top spot in my book for donuts at least in the Taylor area. Tim Horrtans and Dunkin’ dooboppers can hit the road as far as I’m concerned!

I ordered the ham egg cheese croissant. The eggs are fresh not from a box! The gentleman was pleasant. The coffee was great. The store is clean.

Supporting local businesses, but donut is meh. I like the 80s setup but I think they need to change the oil more often. Donut taste kinda old and dark. I didn't finish my donut holes after a couple of bites

The service and atmosphere is scary. It looks horrible and dim and old. And not in a warm and welcoming way like your grandparents kitchen. Service was robotic and the woman said maybe two words the entire interaction.
The donuts are okay. Top row Blueberry : 8/10 moist, not too sweet, tastes like blueberry Sugar: 10/10 the best one, light and airy Coconut: 8/10 I hate coconut but this is really good. The coconut isn’t too strong and it has good texture Second row: Sour cream donut: 4/10 tastes so sweet it hurts, heavy glazed 0 worst donut I have had. Tastes like mushy and weird. Peanuts had no flavour and no crunch. It was so offensive honestly like I was hurt by it. Apple fritter : 8/10 I don’t even know what one of these is supposed to taste like but it was good. Has no apple flavour but it was soft and not too sweet.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! EXTREMELY RUDE! The older lady that works everyday is very rude. This is not my first interaction with her my family goes there a lot and normally when she's rude me and my daughter just brushes it off. But on Saturday morning 12/14 she was beyond rude. We pulled in the drive thru I ordered my same order I order every time I go there it's the same order. I placed my order and waited I always pay with my card and pay the extra for using my card. She rolled her eyes, she's very short and has no interest in how she treats her customers. She opened the window and handed us the donuts then she came back with the breakfast sandwiches. My daughter opened the bag and the order was wrong. So I sat there for a minute and she came back and opened the window my exact words were "my order is wrong, I ordered the turkey crossaint egg and cheese breakfast sandwich". She's replied in a nasty manner " NO YOU SAID". I replied I always order the same thing. She snatched the bag and as I was informing her I just want my money back she slammed the window while I was talking. I pulled forward to the door and got out to go inside, I walked in and told her I just want my money back and in a rude tone she replied " I don't know how to do refunds on a card". So I stood there while she threw the old sandwich bag on the counter and started to remake my order. While I'm standing there a car pulls up to the window he sat there for a while then he blew the horn she walked to the window snatched it open and as he placed his coffee order she responded "I'm still busy your gonna have to wait" and closed the window. She's so rude and needs more training on how she should handle her customers that choose to spend their money there. That was my families last visit at that establishment. Why spend my money somewhere to get treated the way she treats her customers. Maybe they need a new training program to enhance there service.
Quality has gone to zero. Bought a dozen in the morning and they taste like day old doughnuts. Stale, hard.

I guess if you have been going here forever then you're ok with the setup. As a first timer it was a turn off. Lottery is sold here. Donuts are over priced and have plastic sheeting over the display.
