Wanted a hamburger on Memorial Day...early about 11am. They were without customers, and I ordered a hamburger with everything and fries to go. Got home, the hamburger was a cheeseburger without anything on it, cold, smashed flat bun..the fries were old, refried, I paid over $10 and threw it all away! They had stuff already made for an anticipated crowd that never appeared. Just wanted to vent! Thanks.
I'm familiar with the restaurant from their location in Jackson. It quickly became my favorite go to for a burger. This was my first time at this location. It could use a good deep clean and the food wasn't as good. Still a great meal, and the service we received was stellar, but it left me wishing Jackson hadn't closed. I won't be driving out of my way to come to this one.
McKenna and Chord were full of smiles and welcoming ! They were super awsome and food was great !! Give those kids a gold star Management:) Very happy mom with car load of hungry offspring
