Ever since new owners have taken over quality has gone down and prices have increased. The chocolate peanut butter shake is definitely not the same taste it used to be I’m assuming they’re using a different peanut butter. It’s sad because this used to be my go to place for that specific shake. Hopefully they take my criticism and address the issue. I love nothing more than to support a local business.
Have been going to Scoops in Temperance for many, many years. Will go nowhere else for great ice cream. Hate when it closes in the fall and can’t wait until they reopen in the spring.
I pulled up to the drive-thru line at 8:35 on Sunday evening. It was busy, and I didn't get to the window until a little after 9. The young lady who waited on me still had a smile and was so kind. If you're employees are smiling and kind while staying late, that, to me at least, says a lot about your business!
