No crowded, so atmosphere wasn't very active. Food pretty good, service so so. The biggest thing us that we were seated by a window and the sun was blinding at times. Some shades would be a good idea.
I will say upfront that there was no table available so we sat at the bar and ordered carry out instead. The food was incredible. I had the NY Strip with potatoes dauphine and veggie of the day. Also the carrot cake. It was all very good. The atmosphere is a little noisy, but it is a bar/restaurant/pub type of place so this is to be expected.

Except Thistle. Thistle is an excellent restaurant that would be an excellent restaurant almost anywhere. It’s not Michelin or anything, but it’d be a top date night choice in many cities; and it’s up here all alone.
