I go to A LOT of bakeries all over Michigan , Ohio and Indiana. I'm trying to find the best cannoli scones + chocolate croissant. This is the best chocolate croissant I've EVER tasted. It was so good. I had to go back and buy four more.
The service and the baked items are wonderful! I wish I remember the name of the lady that went above and beyond, but my fiancé and I were inquiring about breads today & their bakery across the street that they own was closed but on the other side was open (where we were at). Drew Logan is a phenomenal pastry chef. We hired Froehlich's for our wedding dessert and there was not one dessert left at the end of the night. We went with the chocolate cake, cheesecake, key lime glasses and Carrot Pineapple Rum Cake for our mini dessert options and the chocolate cake for our main two tier cake. He was very great to work with as well! I would recommend hiring Froehlich's for any pastry needs!
