Terrible. Took 45 minutes to get a drink at the bar. Forgot one of our drinks and then took care of other guests while we waited.
Should have left without paying….they wouldn’t have noticed. Shining star is Ashley, who unfortunately was serving a different end of the bar from where we sat.

This very popular place suffers from inconsistent service and a lack of awareness. Food is good.

If you're a fan of interesting food venues, history and bourbon, this place is a win/win/win for you!
We heard good things about this Michigan distillery from the nice folks at the Liquor Locker in Bridgman, so we decided to pay a visit - GREAT PLACE.

Fabulous cocktails & deliscious appetizers. The bar & restaurant is intertwined with their own distillery and their own products are for sale including bourbon n whiskey infused sauces and snacks. Got to stop by and enjoy this place & the village of 3 Oaks.

The distillery tour was great, definitely book one before dinner.
Dinner was delicious, the Detroit style pizza was amazing. The cocktails are all winners too! I will be back.

Loud and hard to hear. Service was slow. Food was about what you would expect at a local diner - not worth the price. Drinks were weak and not properly made

We were from out of town and had researched places to go for dinner and Staymaker seemed like a great choice; it was not. It was confusing to look at the website and figure out what portion was the distillery, restaurant and outdoor golf area. Unfortunately, it just seems to be a hyped up tourist location. Our waitress was nice, but seemed to be understaffed. It was incredibly noisy and almost impossible to carry a conversation so we mainly sat and stared at each other; occasionally attempting to mime a sentence or two.
The smoked trout spread was enjoyable and if you do visit, worth trying.
The southwest salad isn't worth trying; it is a decent size but the chicken is flavorless and the onion rings take over the dish
We shared The Journeyman pizza and it was mediocre but again, not worth trying. The crust was doughy and heavy and the toppings weren't evenly dispersed so several bites were just blue cheese and some were just olives.
Overpriced for what it was. Would not recommend especially with the other restaurants that are around. Our biggest regret was spending our one night (and a couple hundred dollars) at this establishment.

I went there for brunch with a group of 5. We were seated immediately out on the patio. There is plenty of seating throughout the venue. The brunch was delicious and the $5 brunch Bloody Marys were great. Service was a little slow, but it was a weekend.
