Bought a push-pop sucker for my kid (and $30+ of ice cream). Opened the sucker up immediately after purchasing it. It was cracked off, making it impossible to eat. I brought it back to the owner and was told there's nothing she could do about it since it was opened. Come on...really? Very disappointing.

Sweet on Elm is a must go! Some of the best chocolate I’ve had- way better than your average chocolate shop. They’ve also got ice cream options that were sooo delicious. We had the salted caramel pretzel and it was so amazing!! They also have a super cute atmosphere and a bunch of old and new candy - huge variety. Definitely something for everyone!

Let us try a few flavours of ice cream and, no kidding, every single flavour is blended to perfection. Cinnamon Churro, Birthday Cake, Butter Pecan, etc. You can’t go wrong!
They also have homemade Reese’s cups, fudge and more. So whether it’s a hot day or a cool one, don’t skip Sweet on Elm. You won’t regret it!

Very few icecream flavors, fudge was hard like it was old I think they had it sitting out for too long. I don't know why they would replace Moonies with another tacky gift shop with limited icecream options.

My daughter and I went in the other day and thought the place was great. Staff was personable, candy was great, and the ice cream was good too. Would definitely go again, downtown Three Oaks is pretty cool.

The colorful decor doesn't make up for the lack of customer service. We weren't impressed that there were three employees behind the counter eating fudge and chatting with each other instead of helping or greeting customers. I might have been willing to splurge on some candy had they acknowledged I existed.
