I often choose Culver locations when looking for a place to eat, and I have to say this is one of the worst locations I have been to. In the hopes it was a one off, I have returned on multiple occasions and the experience has not improved. My issues have ranged from rude employees at the drive thru speaker, soggy pot roast sandwiches, and concrete mixers that are not mixed. Tonight my kid ordered her kids custard with oreos...we got a cup of plain custard, and the employee delivering...

I don’t eat a ton of fast food, but when I do, Culver’s is a go to for me for burgers because I’m gluten free. They usually do a great job steaming the gluten free buns so they’re not dried up styrofoam (if you know anything about shelf stable gluten free food you understand what I’m talking about). This location, however, gave us cold buns for our burgers, and even though we ordered condiments, there was none included. So dry crumbling buns, and no ketchup or mustard...

Stopped in here for the first time since I moved to three rivers. Jackson took my order. He was kind, clear and professional. I was a little worried when I saw the line. He knocked out the huge line in front of me within seconds. He was extremely helpful with answering my questions while I navigated the menu. Food was amazing and with service like that, I will definitely be back. Well done, Culver’s. 👏
