Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went into the Three Rivers DQ Saturday night to get a chicken strip salad alittle after 8pm. Drove home, put away my groceries and sat down to eat. The lettuce was very soft and wilted, I picked through it with my fingers and found brown lettuce and even the big lettuce core was in my salad and was soft and going bad. The store was about to close and the roads were slippery as it’s the middle of winter so I figured I’d bring in my receipt the next day. I was told by the manager I should have called that night, grabbed my salad from the trash and brought it back in immediately. The manager could care less. I was hoping I could go back in and that they would make it right. I spent $8 on food that went in the trash.

We stop for a blizzard once in a while and they are always quick and polite. Staff is very friendly

Usually this location is fast and friendly. But you need to check your order. Got overcharged!

Ordered a Heath and a Reese’s blizzard, different sizes, they gave us two reese’s by accident and we didn’t realize it wasn’t heath until the person who is allergic to peanuts ate it. I called to let them know about this mistake, so they could be extra careful in the future, and they said “sorry about that” and immediately hung up. My family has enjoyed summer upon summer of dairy queen ice cream for years. but sadly not anymore after that!

They were supposed to stay open until 9 pm but they locked the doors at 8:45 pm and had 2 customers in the store at the time. Maybe you should change the hours to 8:45 pm

The Orange cream shake was delicious! So creamy and flavorful!

Had some kind of crud in my milk shake place needs a good cleaning, waited a long time before being served.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and order two chili dogs and a small strawberry shake for a total of about $12
Fold around to the window and pick them up no one even saying a word not even thank you
20 mi down the road I pull over to eat my chili dogs and I have hot dogs with mustard on them
Too far away to go back

Clearly said gravy with the chicken strips...got bbq.. what am I 5...your BBQ sucks and the gravy was the point of me getting it to begin with

This location has extremely cheap owners. They skimp on everything. If you ask for extra, they'll charge you and give you the regular amount. I've never had a place ask me if my dog was in the car with me when I ask for a pup cup. Who is out there scamming restaurants of 10 cents worth of soft serve vanilla? This place is so cheap
