They gave us the wrong food and never replied to messages regarding it. Messing up an order is one thing, but ignoring the customer afterwards is poor customer service. This, coupled with the mediocre food, some of which was obviously old, made it a no-brainer to never go back. Was highly disapppinted all-around, and this was from a 5 person order, all of whom are HUGE Chinese food fans.
Food was excellent and was ready when we got there.
Ordered for the first time yesterday. The inside was super clean, food was great and staff was friendly. The egg rolls were fantastic, as good as Golden Buddha, better than anywhere in Kalamazoo. Orange Chicken was the best we've ever had.

The parking lot and building are small but usually not a problem. Overall, it’s a small-town Chinese shop with fantastic fast food, flavorful dishes, and excellent quality.
