We have been to Kingbird and the Ordinary a couple of times and I'm certain we will go there many many more. Everything about the restaurant is excellent from the warm, friendly, totally accommodating service to the comfortable yet sophisticated ambiance to the absolutely delicious, fresh and creative dishes. The owners are also the hosts, designers and chef, and it is easy to taste and see the passion they invest in this exceptional restaurant.
Kingbird is simply excellent. The classy interior pairs well with a menu featuring some unique spices, classic techniques and flavor combinations usually not found outside of a major metropolitan area. This is not your typical local place. Frequent Kingbird to keep great places like this around. Farm to table has become a cliche but it is elevated at KB and delivers every time. Break away from the usual and try something exceptional.
I enjoyed my experience here. Menu is small, but food is delicious! They were kind enough to prepare special meal for my 7yo who had her heart set on breakfast. Our server was kind and courteous. Would recommend!
