First time out to Ruby Creek was New Years. The people were welcoming, not like some taverns and bars where you're only welcomed if you're a regular. They had an amazing fireworks display, better than some 4th of July fireworks around us. The only issue was how crowded it was, but that's good for business.

Food was okay, but the places cluttered and bathrooms were disgusting. Took 45 minutes just to make a order and nearly an hour to get our food and 30 minutes just to have to walk up and request the check. Our waitress took off and lost our bill. The pop had a moldy taste to it. Also atleast 10 orders were taken before ours that came in after us. Rude staff as well. Place should not be serving food or pass any food safety checks..Avoid if possible.

Ordered a pizza and deep fried asparagus to go. When I picked it up they automatically charged me a 15% gratuity on my take out order. When I put our order in the car I opened the box of deep fried asparagus and that's all it was. NO BATTER OR BREADING. I tried to take it back the cook or what ever she was was very rude. And told me I could not. Just plain nasty about it. Pic of what they think deep fried asparagus is. What a joke. I see you didn't say anything about the 15% gratuity I was charged for a take out order.
