Insane that you can get away with charging 12 for 2 basic salted Pretzels. My son said it was OK but not as good as Sams Clubs, which is about 1 dollar compared to a 6.
These pretzels are quite a bit of money, and it was more like a burnt, hard pretzel than a soft pretzel.
Simple, calm atmosphere. Good employees!

The food tastes good however, it is overpriced. Not just that. When I went I only got the original pretzel which is $5.29 I gave the lady at the register a $20 bill and she only gave me $4.71 back. So I told her she must have made a mistake and she counted the total in the register but she said that I was wrong. So I lost an extra $10 just for a pretzel. It was a good pretzel, but not worth $15.29
This place usually has great food and friendly workers but I guess not today. The lady working was extremely rude and entitled while she spoke to the customers as though they're bothering her. She was super rude to the other guy working there but he was super nice. We waited over 10 minutes for pretzels but they never came.

Love the pretzel bites!
The ladies that were just working were very genuine and kind. Ordered a Chocolate Frost and pretzel bites and everything was AMAZING!
This was not a pretzel, it was an angry crouton with butter flavored grease. If you run out of horse shoes, this is the place. Zero excuses, this was unfit for human consumption, It was old and solid as a rock. Some one tried to save it with butter, anyone have an Auntie Anne's Antacid?!

My friend ordered a pretzel and the employee said wait 7 minutes. Very rude and they served costumers while my friend waited. We will not be coming here again. Do not recommend this place.

They ignored me for 5 mins before even asking what i wanted even though there wasnt any other customers ?
