This is the best and most underrated bread in the world. Always a highlight of our trips to TC. No preservatives or other crap. If you want to throw caution to the wind, try the double chocolate bread which is like the best cupcake base layer you have ever had. I pray for a location someday near Ann Arbor.
I stopped in for the first time today. I got a cherry turnover that was really good. However, as others have mentioned, I did notice some moldy bread on the shelves. When I brought the loaf up to the cash register to let them know, the employee acted very nonchalant about it and did not seem to care. It was a little off-putting. Very nice and personable man helped us. We bought the cinnamon bread and it was so good that we wish we had bought more to take back home. Years ago we used to buy the seed bread and the whole family loved it for healthy sandwiches. Can’t wait to go back next year.
