“Oh my gosh I finally went in and I was blown away by the beautiful baked goods and the reasonable prices. The owners couldn't have been nicer and the baked goods are absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and don't take as long as I did to go in there!♥️“

“Toddler and mama “approved” and loved. I’ve heard of Slabtown cookie but we just ventured our way to try it for ourselves and WOW, no picture or words can give justice to how their sweets taste. My son has happy to say the least 😋“

“Have been buying Asiago Roasted Garlic bread for years. Great Bread toasted loaded with real garlic cloves. However the last loaf lacked any Garlic at all. Very disappointed is this the new norm to be expected or was this an aberration? The latter I would hope otherwise we will be opting for a new bakery. Have a nice day ?☀️“

“My wife and I were looking for a taste of home while we were away on honeymoon. We decided to come by Hexenbelle for its food and drink. We not only found the familiar flavors of fresh bread, savory olive, and creamy labneh, but we found a warmth from the surrounding atmosphere and staff. We were immersed in light toned woods, lush green plants, and ample sunlight, as if we were relaxing in a sunroom or a garden.
We had an opportunity to speak to the owner, Chris, who welcomed us and gave us his attention despite also running the kitchen. Chris has been doing a great service to bring hearts and minds together for peace, prosperity, and freedom, both within Traverse City and for the Palestinian people. His love and passion shows in every dish he crafts, and we are forever grateful for the warmth, friendship, and hospitality that he extended us.
Hexenbelle is truly a rare and valuable gem amongst the many cafes and eateries in the area. I believe Hexenbelle is the best and only choice for authentic Palestinian cuisine and hospitality in Traverse City.

“I'm not a whiskey drinker, but my partner is, so we choose this cool looking place! It's in an converted old building easily located on a corner. Nice ambiance on the inside with high top tables spread out nicely. The recommendation for a new an 'entry level' whiskey drinker was a Cherry Whiskey Sour. It was smooth with a mild, pleasant cherry flavor. I'll definitely get another one! Or try something different from the interesting list of drinks. My partner had the There were some very appealing hot drinks on the menu, too. A number of simple appetizers were available. We sat outside near heat lamps. The Staff was friendly and the bartender very helpful! Glad we stopped and we look forward to returning!“

“I was very disappointed with my donuts. As it is they were kinda pricey. But I really don’t mind paying if it’s worth it. I took my donuts home and out the bag and my nutty donut were gross. It was like they got wet I don’t know what happen to them. I had the little nutty donut hole before and they tasted good. This was the regular size donut. I seen on the receipt they offer a refund. But such an inconvenience to drive the way back and have to wait in line. Especially when you worked all night. Who wants a wet & cold nutty donut. I know I don’t. Sorry Pottery Bakery. You got a thumbs down from me.!“

“I finally got some JoJo’s cookies yesterday and my goodness…why did I wait so long? I got a 6 pack, and I picked quite a wide variety…but each one is absolutely incredible. The Cookie Butter one in particular…hands down one of the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life! 10/10 recommend“
