I got the cinnamon rolls, the coffee cake, and brownie truffles. My palate loved every single one of these desserts. They were a perfect blend of sweet, and gooey. I felt each item made a statement that showed careful consideration that went into baking them. There are so many options at Bay Bread, I can't wait to go back and see what else Team Bay Bread has.
Called one evening and had them hold three different types of breads, and I would pick them up the next morning. I have to do this, because according to their staff, they don’t have bread available until noon or 1 PM and they close at five. That’s a very short window and I’m at work and cannot make those times. I drove all the way across town to pick up my order, and there was nothing for me! This has happened A few times, and they don’t seem to care. The bread is fantastic but the customer service needs a lot of work. Too bad so sad

Love this place! Best sticky buns in Traverse City. My daughter loves their cinnamon rolls. Wife loves the gouda dip. Very friendly staff that obviously love what they do.

We always stop in for fresh baked bread (my personal favorites are the jalapeño cheddar loaf and the cracked pepper parmesean sour dough! And the sweet treats are ALL drool worthy!!

The place itself is nice, good parking and good location.The staff was not very nice.They weren’t very busy and we still waited a very long time for our food.The food itself was average at best.Prices were good.Overall a very average experience.

Where do I even begin? This absolutely RAVESHING establishment was everything I could've ever asked for in a bakery. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was exquisite but the staff... The staff was absolutely excellent! They were very helpful, very kind and they did their job with the upmost confidence. If I could get down on one knee and give each of their hands a peck of appreciation I absolutely would.
IT IS a Bread Company when we go to Traverse City we always stop and get goodies but not anymore think it is under new management people where very rude the the bread and scones hard and not tasty. Won't be back!

This place is amazing. It's a sweet little building. I'm not sure how they make such a great variety of treats. From a dozen or so different breads to sweet treats, everything we got we just loved. The maple bacon ? cinimon roll was out of this world. It wasn't just the standard bacon on top it was inside, too. They don't have them all the time but when they do get one.

Ordered three loaves of Rye, told would be 2 hours but no bread!I got your response to my review. I didn't appreciate your response either. I do like your breads, but don't turn this around on me. You are a business with a great product. I came in from 75 miles away, one way. When a business says my order will be ready in two hours, I kinda expect it will be ready. Instead now I'm told to come back in three hours. Guess you're not a very well run business. I know you don't appreciate your customers feedback.
