Big Apple Bagels

Just paid $11 for a breakfast bagel (after tip). The menu board said all come with coffee but was later told that it's extra. Not worth it. Go elsewhere.

Cozy atmosphere, delicious bagels. We got: Mexicana, Everything, Onion, Chocolate Chip, and Cinnamon Laced Apple Pie. We toasted all of our bagels. Delish! Friendly staff! The caramel icespresso was a little too sweet for me, but the mocha icespresso my boyfriend got was perfect! Tip: warm the muffins!

Yesterday I stopped at the bagel shop. My husband is in the hospital and every day I try to get to the cafeteria, which is very difficult for me and every time I do get down there there are no more bagels so I decided after leaving the hospital. I will try to get a bagel so I at the store on South Airport and it was 3 o’clock in the store was closed as I was going back into my car. A gentleman came out and asked what I needed and I said I just want a bagel so come on in and the girls let me pick out my bagels. I want to tell you, they were so nice to me. I took my bagels home. I had three of them not only. Did I eat one. I ate all three they were the best bagels I’ve had in a long time. I really wanted to thank and for letting me come in a few minutes after hours to get my bagels , I find it so nice. I will be stopping there again. Thank you very much

I struggled posting this because it happened yesterday morning but I can't shake the look and possible feelings I saw on that poor girls face. Friday morning I watched the manager scold her employee over how she bagged a customers order. I watched this kid tear up in embarrassment and shame as she was belittled by her manager...in the front lobby...in front of the whole place. I felt so bad for the kid and told her to relax and just take a few breaths...I assured her she didn't actually do anything wrong and that everything was going to be okay. I can't believe this woman(the a.m. manager) would talk to her employees that way in public. It was way over the top and in front of us customers, soooo unprofessional! I asked the managers name and the name of the owner. I hope Ryan knows how his employee Renee is towards his employees and I hope he has a good talk with Renee about respect, professionalism and basic kindness. It looked like that poor girl was going to start crying, walk out or something. Makes me wanna stop supporting that establishment....I hope this stops immediately! Shame on you Renee.
